The holiday flat consists of 2 residential units on the garden floor of a villa.
In the first unit there is a double bedroom, a shower room with WC, a living room and a kitchen with dining area for 6 people. Directly adjacent to this main living unit is the second living unit with 2 further double bedrooms and another shower room with WC. This means that up to 6 people can sleep in very comfortable beds and share all the amenities listed below.

LIVING AREA, KITCHEN, DINING AREA
In the first accommodation unit there is a small, cosy living room with Smart TV and air conditioning. The eat-in kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. A bright, nice dining table with comfortable chairs invites you to eat. Up to six people can be seated here. Both the living and dining areas are equipped with air conditioning.

In the first accommodation unit there is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) and air conditioning. There is a shower room with WC. The second accommodation unit has 2 bedrooms with double beds (150 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm), equipped with powerful fans and 1 further shower room with WC.

From the living room and the eat-in kitchen you can access the large covered terrace with a big granite dining table for up to 6 people. The Mediterranean, secluded garden with plenty of space for sun loungers is available for your exclusive use. The garden has its own barbecue area, which can also be used as an outdoor kitchen.

- "Quiet location although very convenient for supermarket, shops, restaurants, bins, bars and beach. Instructions for all appliances and to would have been useful as we had to consult Google a few times. WiFi very efficient. Shower excellent and bed very comfortable. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack which saved us rushing out for shopping. Perhaps mention should be made of the two flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Luckily, we’re reasonably fit and could manage them but someone more mobility challenged would have difficulty. The stair lights did not work but the agency noted this and said it would be fixed. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely re-book for a return to Moraira."
