THE APARTMENT
The holiday flat consists of 2 residential units on the garden floor of a villa.
In the first unit there is a double bedroom, a shower room with WC, a living room and a kitchen with dining area for 6 people. Directly adjacent to this main living unit is the second living unit with 2 further double bedrooms and another shower room with WC. This means that up to 6 people can sleep in very comfortable beds and share all the amenities listed below.

LIVING AREA, KITCHEN, DINING AREA
In the first accommodation unit there is a small, cosy living room with Smart TV and air conditioning. The eat-in kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. A bright, nice dining table with comfortable chairs invites you to eat. Up to six people can be seated here. Both the living and dining areas are equipped with air conditioning.

In the first accommodation unit there is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) and air conditioning. There is a shower room with WC. The second accommodation unit has 2 bedrooms with double beds (150 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm), equipped with powerful fans and 1 further shower room with WC.

From the living room and the eat-in kitchen you can access the large covered terrace with a big granite dining table for up to 6 people. The Mediterranean, secluded garden with plenty of space for sun loungers is available for your exclusive use. The garden has its own barbecue area, which can also be used as an outdoor kitchen.

The apartment is 50 meters from the main beach in L'Ampolla and very close to the other two beaches in Moraira, Platgetes and El Portet, which you can access on foot.

All beds are comfortable, avoiding the typical rental. We believe that sleeping well is important. All rooms are very light and spacious.

The two bathrooms on this floor are equipped with every comfort, including a hairdryer. One bathroom has a shower and another bathtub.

Judith is a very modern apartment in the center of Moraira town, recently refurnished with very good taste. It is a good choice for families wanting to be in the middle of this popular beach resort and does not necessarily want to use the car, all amenities are close by, within walking distance. It is located on the second floor and there is a lift.

Entrance to a hall that accesses a twin bedroom with a ceiling fan, a large dress room, one bathroom, another double bedroom with an A/C unit and en-suite shower room and at the end you will find a modern living/dining room with Air conditioner, Sat+TV+DVD and a large balcony with views to the central square in the middle of Moraira.
