Villa Mila is a cosy villa perfect for family-holidays throughout the whole year. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Four bedrooms are located in the villa. Two bedrooms are located in two separately standing pool-houses. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the master bedroom is also connected to another (second) bedroom, which has 2 single beds and the possibility to add a children's bed. Both rooms have beautiful seaviews.

Both the third as well as the fourth bedroom have 2 single beds and share another bathroom.

The fifth bedroom is very big. It has a king-size bed and offers space for another (children's) bed. It has a beautiful seaview and a bath-room ensuite. This bedroom is located in a poolhouse.

The sixth bedroom is a bit smaller. It also has a bathroom ensuite and two single beds, which can be connected. This bedroom is located in the second poolhouse.

Casa Inés is a perfect holiday villa for all families and couples. It is situated in a prime elevated position and takes full advantage of the spectacular Seaviews and Moraira town and is still only 5 mins drive from Moraira town and beach. The property has recently been refurbished throughout and newly furnished.
The villa is detached with a south facing pool (sun all day!!) A remote controlled gate accesses the property with plenty of space for secure parking. The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden with palm trees. The pool is kidney shaped with an outside shower. The terrace overlooking and surrounding the pool provides high quality sun beds plus a nearby table with 6 chairs under a covered outside naya suitable for meals during the day including BBQ. There are shaded areas around the property if you need to take a break from the sun. Towards the end of the day when all the other villas are going into the shade, Casa Inés is still enjoying the sunshine into the evening, so you get full use of the pool all day!

The main living area is on the first floor of the villa with 2 bedrooms both equipped with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom is located opposite the bedrooms with a large basin and a walk in shower. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric oven and induction hob, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a filtered drinking tap and all the cooking utensils you will need on holiday.

The lounge dining room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. In the lounge area there is plenty of seating and foot bean bags. There is LCD TV with Spanish tv and Freesat UK channels (BBC, ITV, C4…and many more) and a Blu-ray player with a selection of DVD’s available for you to enjoy. Full fibre broadband with speeds up to 1Gb. In the dining area there is a large table with 6 chairs.

An external staircase leads you to the third bedroom located on the ground floor which has a double bed with air conditioning and en-suite that has a walk in shower.

The villa has full central heating for use through the winter months when it can get a bit chilly in the evening.
A Utility room is available with the use of a washing machine and there is also an outside rotary washing line available.

A local bar and restaurant is within walking distance of the villa for the nights you don't want to drive and there is a host of sporting activities in the area including jet skiing, boat trips, kayaking, cycling and a golf course with tennis courts and restaurant that is only 5 minutes drive from the villa. Spa treatments are also available at a nearby hotel, just 400 yards from the villa.

There are NO additional mandatory fees for air con and WiFi. All linen, towels and beach towels are INCLUDED. We will be as accommodating as possible to meet your requirements on change over days. Also we will endeavour to supply any special requirements, such as travel cot/high chair and bed guards for young children, on request.

The villa was built in -98 and is kept up to date continuously with regular major upgrades. It's set in a very quiet location, high up on a hillside with lovely views of the green hillsides across the valley and the cliffs that drop into the sea in the bay to the east. To the east and straight to the south you can see the azure blue sea.

For the 2025 season we:
- Replaced all tiles in the pool and added a bench you can sit on at the shallow end of the pool; when seated on the bench you'll have water up to your chest (approximately)
- Added a sun-catching pool cover that increases the water temperature by an extra 4-6 degrees Celsius and improves child and animal safety when in use; when not in use the cover retracts to the bottom of the pool's deep end and disappears out of sight; when using the cover together with our optional pool heating (charged at electricity cost plus a minor administrative markup) we believe that the pool can be kept around 25C even in the coldest months of the year
- Installed new faucets and shower mixing valves throughout the house
- Installed outdoor speakers in the pool and dining areas
- Added a portable single-burner induction stovetop to the outdoor kitchen so that you can boil or sauté food while grilling without running into the indoor kitchen

The main living and pool areas are all on the same level, about 12 feet above street level. The garage is on street level and easily accessible. It has space for one car, additional cars can be street parked for free right in front of the villa.

The garden is over 9,000 square feet large and is probably the place where you will be spending most of your time. It has lovely views of the sea and hills around, two large shaded seating areas, and a large swimming pool. Most likely you'll eat most of your meals in the lovely BBQ house by the pool breathing the fresh Mediterranean sea breeze.

Living Area: There are 3 bedrooms in the villa, 2 facing the pool, and one facing the back of the garden, all fully air-conditioned and on the same level as the pool and barbecue areas. The hallway that leads you to all the bedrooms also leads you to the villas 2 bathrooms, one with a bath tub, and one with a shower. The living room area has a large dining table, a seating area with couches, an open fireplace, and a TV. Right next to the living area you will find the fully fitted kitchen where you will have plenty of space to prepare food and drinks. All the rooms in the villa have large double glazed windows that let you enjoy the views of the pool and/or the valley/sea from indoors.

About Moraira: Moraira is one of the very few unspoilt locations along the Spanish Mediterranean coast. It's a place you go to relax, get away from stress, noise, tiring city life, and bad weather. Here you will be able to enjoy the good things in life with no worries or distractions.

Moraira was founded as a fishing village and for a long time its natural harbours were used by ships to transport farm produce from the village of Teulada, which is situated a few miles inland, separated from Moraira by a wide belt of vineyards climbing up the hillsides.

The town centre is made up of a few blocks of 4/5 story apartment buildings of various age. This is where you will find the marina, numerous very good restaurants serving all kinds of different cuisines, bars, a 24 hour store (Opencor), and a gas station (Repsol). Have a stroll along the board walk, drink a glass of wine on the waterfront and enjoy the calm atmosphere on the plazas.

Activities: Moraira may be a very small town, but its location allows for a wide range of activities. The beaches are wonderful, the marina rents boats, and the town has official rock climbing paths coming up coastal cliffs. You can Go-Cart, eFoil, rent Jet-skis & Kayaks, dive and so on. The waters around Moraira are actually some of the best for diving in mainland Spain. There's also plenty of things to do for kids (besides having fun at the pool and on the beach). The town has a small fun fair that's open in the evenings, and Benidorm (20 miles away) has water parks, a large zoo & marine park (Mundomar), and a large theme park (Terra Mitica). Cycling in the area's hilly landscape is amazing.

Adults can enjoy day-trips to several wonderful locations nearby. The most recommended being Valencia, a one hour drive to the north and the cultural capital of the area with wonderful architecture, markets, and its famous paella.

I think, especially with children in the heat of the day, the walk to the beautiful beach at El Portet is a little too far, but again it really is a very easy drive by car and even on a busy Saturday morning we found a roadside parking space with no problem. DESCRIPTION
Villa Zamora is a beautiful and unique home in the un-spoilt coastal town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca. Located in a peaceful residential area yet just a 25 minute walk from the beach.

Having been completely renovated in 2016, and always kept in prime condition, Villa Zamora offers all the comforts and style of a modern villa but with all the authentic charms of an original Spanish villa, lovingly restored. Your perfect escape on the beautiful Costa Blanca.

THE VILLA
Villa Zamora is an ‘upside down’ villa with living spaces on the top floor to make the most of the views, and sleeping areas on the bottom. Both levels have instant access to the pool and terraces.

You enter the grounds via a large wooden electric gate, up a drive whose length accommodates at least 4 cars.

The villa entrance takes you into a large split level hall which leads you up a short flight of stairs into the very spacious open plan living space where you find a large fully fitted well equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and, further in, a spacious lounge area with 2 large sofas, wood burner (winter and spring use only) and wall mounted 55" smart TV (with access to Netflix/Amazon Prime and IPTV with many movies and international channels).

Each living area has access to generous terraces; the lounge area leads to a large dining terrace with gas BBQ and steps down to the spacious pool terrace, the dining area has large sliding doors onto a lovely covered west facing 'naya' terrace, and the kitchen terrace at the rear of the property also leads down to the garden.

From the kitchen, through an open arch, you are led to the guest w/c and a convenient external door for access to/from the pool terrace. Here you also find the internal stairs leading down to the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom.

The family bathroom has a generous full sized enamel bath tub, shower over, w/c and basin. The two master en-suite bedrooms house hot/cold air-conditioning, generous wardrobes, one with separate dressing area. One en-suite has double basins, w/c, bidet and spacious rain shower, the other a w/c, basin and spacious rain shower.

Both master bedrooms have large sliding doors to covered terraces with seating, and direct access to the manicured garden and heated pool.

The third bedroom is a twin room, in the original rounded area of the villa. This room is comfortably equipped with two single beds, hot/cold air-conditioning, wardrobe, drawers, beautiful arched windows and direct access to a covered terrace, garden and pool area.

THE GARDEN & POOL
Within the 1100m2 secure plot you have a thoughtfully landscaped, well maintained mature garden with numerous olive trees, almond trees, carob trees, a ‘strawberry tree’ (Arbutus unedo), oleanders, estrelicias (bird of paradise) and a small, split level fish pond with a trickling waterfall.
The 8x4 meter heated pool (heating optional at an extra charge) with roman steps boasts a generous sun drenched terrace with plenty of sun beds, parasols and a poolside shower.

The villa is situated and built to fully enjoy the open south westerly views, afternoon sun and stunning sun sets over the hills beyond.

A 5 minute drive takes you into the town centre and beach, or if you wish to go on foot it will take 25 minutes.

Moraira is a beautiful, upmarket, coastal town with a popular marina. Originally a fishing village, Moraira is proud of its roots and still has around 5 fishing boats in operation and a regular fish market. Strict planning regulations have prevented high rise buildings, therefore it is a largely unspoilt town soaked in history yet offers many restaurants, bars, boutiques and, as many good Spanish towns have, a weekly market (Friday).

The family friendly, well groomed green flag sandy beach has a well run bar-restaurant-cocktail bar, climbing apparatus and volleyball net. Currently there is also beach service operating so you may order refreshments direct from your beach chair!
Families particularly enjoy rock-pooling at one end while the mature older visitors enjoy the provided sun beds and parasols along the front. Further up and down the coast you find other beautiful coves, beaches, and beachfront restaurants with fantastic original Spanish cuisine.

- "What a find. A great villa with exceptional views from the Naya (heaven sitting with a glass of cava!). The villa was immaculate with great care taken over the furnishings, kitchen equipment and bedding. The beds were really comfortable. The recently landscaped gardens are lovely including a large pool (although too chilly for swimming in March). An easy 10 minute walk into town that has many bars and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly people who live next door, always available to answer any questions but certainly not intrusive. A great place to stay. - "We had the best 2 weeks staying in this fabulous property. Our group consisted of two families, which totalled 4 adults and 6 children ranging from 2 to 14. The property was immaculate and The views are breath taking. There are a few restaurants just a short walk from the property and the food from all of them was of a really good standard. We discovered a plant based restaurant called Ziba, which we can’t recommend highly enough. Ziba also run paddle boarding tours around the caves of a morning. There is a supermarket within a 10 minute walk and there are small rocky beaches called ‘Cala’s’ all the way along the coast. There is one within a few minutes walk that has steps into the sea which was good fun for those that like to swim or paddleboard. We also found out that you can do an online shop from Mercadona supermarket, so had deliveries for heavy items such as water and drinks, ideal if you haven’t got a car, and very reliable. Moraira is a lovely place to stay and we will definitely return. Maria the host, was really helpful and answered any questions we had."

Moraira is a small, upmarket Spanish coastal town, part of Teulada (also known as Teulada-Moraira) municipality, in the Marina Alta Zone. - "Exactly as described! We had a lovely week in the villa with our teenage girls. They enjoyed being on one side of the house sharing a bathroom; whilst we had the whole other side. The master suite was huge and we enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony every morning. Beds are super comfy (a problem we have encountered in past villas) We made use of the Sonos which was a great bonus to the house. The kitchen was the most equipped that we have experienced in our 9 years of coming to Moraira - literally had everything and extra! Lounge was very large and comfortable. Pool was perfect-we left our huge flamingo floaty for the next guests. We enjoyed use of the beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as the other floaties. - "Our check in was really easy, Pia and Rasa were very helpful. The villa is spacious and equipped well and there was plenty of space for us to spread out as a family of 6 adults and 4 children. The pool was the highlight of our stay - great fun for everyone. The reason for 4 stars is down to there not being shutters, particularly on the bedrooms as despite black out blinds, the rooms were light very early in the morning - too early! The bungalow is located in a quiet, well-kept row house complex in Moraira.
In 2019 the bungalow was completely renovated, modern and tastefully decorated. On the upper floor there is the open kitchen with dining area and living room and one of the 3 terraces. Bathroom, 2 bedrooms and 2 more terraces are on the lower floor. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold). Change of bed linen and towels are available free of charge.

For children there is a high chair, a travel cot and a staircase safety device.

The row house complex has a community pool and a tennis court, which can be used free of charge. Sun beds are available, tennis rackets and balls must be brought.

THE APARTMENT
The holiday flat consists of 2 residential units on the garden floor of a villa.
In the first unit there is a double bedroom, a shower room with WC, a living room and a kitchen with dining area for 6 people. Directly adjacent to this main living unit is the second living unit with 2 further double bedrooms and another shower room with WC. This means that up to 6 people can sleep in very comfortable beds and share all the amenities listed below.

LIVING AREA, KITCHEN, DINING AREA
In the first accommodation unit there is a small, cosy living room with Smart TV and air conditioning. The eat-in kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. A bright, nice dining table with comfortable chairs invites you to eat. Up to six people can be seated here. Both the living and dining areas are equipped with air conditioning.

The pool is tiled in white with Roman steps leading down to the shallow end (1.2 meters) sloping to 2.1 meters at the deeper end. The pool area is completely secluded and with very good space to sunbathe and relax. In addition to plenty of sun loungers, for 8 there is also a comfortable day bed.

The pool area has direct access to two roof terraces on different levels with beautiful sea views, where you can relax and have a drink during the day, watch the sun go down in the evening, - or escape the rest of the guests and enjoy some alone time.

The villa is located in a very quiet road, with private parking for 3 - 4 cars and only 250 meters from the local beach (L 'Andrago). A number of local cocktail bars and trendy restaurants are within very short walking distance.

It is a short 10-minute walk (3 minutes by car) to the centre of the beautiful, picturesque non-commercial town of Moraira, which has plenty of shops and excellent restaurants. Just beyond is the beautiful El Portet Bay, where it is absolutely wonderful to enjoy a meal or an afternoon glass of your favourite tipple!!!!

Moraira is an hour's drive from Alicante Airport and slightly more from Valencia.

MORAIRA- attracts and captivates both the holidaymaker and those wishing for a new lifestyle on the Costa Blanca. Although the sleepy little fishing village is no more, it still retains a wealth of charm, beauty, peace and friendly locals. Dotted with pine trees, bejewelled with sandy and rocky coves along the coast road, it uses the beautiful blue Mediterranean as its canvas. Modern additions to the village, such as buildings, road systems etc have been thoughtfully planned and executed by the town hall, granting no permission for any high-rise structures to spoil the skyline.

Moraira has a wide choice of restaurants and bars to choose from in the town and surrounding area. You can find English, Italian, French, German and Spanish cuisine. So whether you are looking for a traditional Sunday lunch, or want to try typically Spanish Paella, you are spoilt for choice. There are some great restaurants around the harbour, offering fresh locally caught fish, and some good priced Menu del Dias to be found. There is also a market in the main car park every Friday morning, where you can buy locally produced fruit and veg amongst many other things.

Moraira has its fair share of fiestas, the most famous being the Moors and Christians in June. People line the streets to watch the marching parades, listen to the bands, see the stunning, colourful costumes and generally have a good time. The firework displays are always excellent, and always very loud! The aqua firework display is beautiful, with fireworks being set off over Moraira's main beach.

The Moraira Festival is in early July lasting about 4 days again with lots of fireworks etc

GATA de GORGOS - is located in the northern Costa Blanca, Spain in the region of Valencia and is situated on the N332 coastal road just inland of Denia and Javea, it can be reached from junctions 62 and 63 of the AP-7 motorway.

JAVEA - is a small, historic town, free of high rise buildings offering a relaxing holiday and contact with a friendly and forthcoming local population. The old town is steeped in history, with Tosca stone porticoes, gothic bay windows, wrought iron window bars and balcony railings. The church of San Bartolemé in the town centre is an example of late gothic with a defensive character.

The "Soler Blasco" Archaeological Museum is close by in the narrow streets and offers a wealth of information about the Iberian history. Nearby you can find the covered indoor market selling all sorts of household goods, fruit, vegetables, meat and fresh fish brought up from the Port daily.

The importance of the town’s maritime activities can be seen in the port zone, known as Aduanas de Mar with its lovely sea promenade and its various fish restaurants. Aduanas del Mar is the area generally known as the Port. The harbour where the fishing boats dock with their daily catch lies next to the very attractive marina full of interesting boats.
Dominating the fishing port is the modern silhouette of the church of Nestra Senora de Loreto; with a roof imitating a ship’s hull. Outside the town, following the road to the San Antonio cape, the architectural sites include the monastery of Nuestra Senora de Los Angeles, a series of small hermitages clutching the slopes of the mountain and some ancient windmills.

The wonderful maritime architecture of the Santa Maria de Loreto church, with a roof imitating a ship’s hull must be seen, and is well worth a visit.
Pavement cafés and bars overlooking the Mediterranean invite you to sit and have a drink and just enjoy the ambience of the Port, after completing your shopping.

The Arenal area is the commercial and tourist part of Javea .The beautiful, sandy bay is planted with palm trees and has play areas for children. The bay is fringed by the promenade with its wonderful choice of bars and restaurants offering national and international specialities. Interesting shops, boutiques and restaurants abound.

DENIA - Situated in the Northern Costa Blanca region of Spain is the popular Mediterranean town of Denia with its 20 km or so of fine sandy beaches, rocky bays and coves, it is a huge draw for holidaymakers of all nationalities. Having a population of around 30,000 people, Denia was, up until the 1960's, just a small fishing town with some agriculture and toy manufacture to help with its economy. The tourism industry exploded in the 1960's and Denia along with many other towns in the area underwent great changes to adapt to this new business.

BENIDORM- Modern day Benidorm is now the biggest tourist resort in Europe, with in excess of four million visitors each year, it outstrips all other coastal destinations. Benidorm's 5 km of clean sandy beaches are lined with towering hotels and apartment blocks which pay testimony to its growth and economic success.

ALTEA - a lovely fishing village not destroyed by skyscrapers, because local law forbids building more than six floors. Because there are only a few hotels Altea has kept clear of the mass tourism on the Costa Blanca. During the summer months every night on the small cosy plaza in the old centre there is a (original) handicraft market. All around the plaza situated at the highest point of the village are different bars and restaurants, from where you have a wonderful view of the Med.

Every Tuesday there is a market on the sea boulevard.

ALICANTE - The second largest city in the province of Valencia with a population of around 300,000, Alicante has the look and feel of a modern city, however its modern look hides a history that goes back to the 4th Century BC. The city sits neatly beside the Mediterranean Sea, proudly guarded by mountains which explains its history as an important sea port and trading centre.

GUADALEST - Twenty-five kilometres inland from Benidorm in the foothills of the Sierra de Aitana mountain range you will find the picturesque village and ‘Castell de Guadalest’. This famous fortress was built by the Moors nearly 1,300 years ago and it was then only accessible through a 15 meter long tunnel through solid rock.

ALCOY (Alcoi) - The capital of the L’Alcoia region of the Alicante province on the Northern Costa Blanca, Spain, Alcoy is the biggest industrial town in the area, with a population of approximately 60,000 it is located about 48 km north of Alicante. Alcoy sits on a promontory between two rivers - the Barchell and the Molonar, and numerous bridges span the rivers and ravines of Alcoy, earning it its name “the city of bridges”.

TERRA MITICA - This is a must for all children and for those young at heart. It is full of the latest rides & thrills … similar to Disney World. It is just outside Benidorm - junction 65A on the AP7.

To offer it for rent we have made several changes that have substantially improved their habitability in order to adapt it to the needs of people who want to spend their holidays there. It is a perfect house to enjoy with your small children or just to relax.

- "Perfect set up for us with 3 families as a group of 10. Pool was amazing and outdoor kitchen and bathroom next to it meant we were able to spend day happily there, with plenty of shade coverage. House was clean and comfy with 2 further bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen for plenty of people. Ceiling fans kept us cool in the summer heat. Outdoor dining and seating overlooking the sea was beautiful. Supermarket about 15 mins walk away was a good size and there are a nice few bars on the way for a quick drink on the way home. Lovely access to the sea straight from the rocks there too, and a great seaside bar for morning coffee. At the bottom of the road there’s a couple of restaurants- pizza place was great for the kids and we also enjoyed a lovely curry. Within five minutes walk there’s a little shop and a pharmacy which were very handy. 15 minutes walk the other way and you’re on a beautiful beach with a great bar with ice creams. Moraira itself is lovely town with enough to explore for a weeks stay. We have been going on holiday as a group every year for 8 years now and this is definitely our favourite villa and town."
