The space
The main attraction of the town is the tranquility, proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Valencian Community (El Portet) and rocky coves, as well as the town with its bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, market, etc. It is not necessary to take the car.
The house is very comfortable, cozy and well cared for.
It has 2 floors:
on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, the kitchen and the dining room.
In the upper part there is 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom.
Outside there are 3 different rooms on terraces to enjoy the outdoors and relax.

Guest access
The house is in a gated community with security guard, tennis courts, gardens and all very carefully.

Other things to note
The house has wifi connection.
Upon arrival I explain the way walking to the nearest beach and other possible activities, restaurants, supermarkets, ...
There are very close to home recycling bins for garbage.

The space
This beautiful detached villa for maximum 4 persons in the Camarrocha area with private parking for 2 cars, two bedrooms (1 x bed 180x200m and 2x 90x200) with en suite bathrooms, one with large shower, one with shower and bath, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, naya, outdoor kitchen, charcoal barbecue, private pool 7m x 3.50m with pool shower. The bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans, there is also air-conditioning in the living room and dining room and another ceiling fan in the naya. There are fly screens on the windows, fast fibre optic internet. TV with IP-TV in all languages in one bedroom, TV with Astra-Sat-TV in the living room, TV with IP-TV in all languages and terrestrial Spanish TV in the second bedroom. The outdoor kitchen has a gas cooker with two fires and a refrigerator.

Other things to note
Due to the new law Decreto LEY 9/2024 of 2nd of August, holiday rentals are now limited to 10 days and in case of longer renting periods, it is necessary to sign an extra contract which I will provide. In case you desire a longer booking period please send a booking request.

To avoid the extreme plastic waste, free 19-litre water bottles with pumps are available in the house, which can be used to refill the water bottles that are also provided. It´s included one bottle a week. In case you need more, you can get further bottles for 7,70€ each

The renting price includes costs for water, cooking-gas and electricity for 60€ per week. In case the gas central heating will be used, the gas bottles will be charged extra.

We are located in an urbanization of the town of moraira, about 5/10 minutes by car from beaches and places where you can eat or relax or if you prefer about 15/20 minutes walking.
