The chalet is located in the Puerto Azul urbanisation, a small and very quiet residential complex. The house has a living room with air conditioning and fireplace, satellite TV with access to the covered glazed terrace. Beautiful chalet located in a first-line beach urbanisation. The house has its own fully enclosed garden with direct access to the communal swimming pool, which offers sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The urbanisation has direct beach access just 200m from the property.

This two-storey chalet has capacity for 6 people and 300m2 of land. The garden is composed of lawn, lemon trees, hibiscus and shrubs, as well as a gas barbecue area.

Through a few steps we access the interior of the house where we find the living-dining room with satellite TV, gas fireplace, ceiling fan and exit to a fully furnished covered terrace towards the garden.

The modern American kitchen has all the necessary amenities such as gas hobs, microwave with grill and built-in oven, water boiler, dishwasher and a Philips Senseo coffee machine, as well as a large fridge with independent freezer.

We continue on the ground floor where through 3 steps we access the two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bidet where the washing machine and dryer are also located. One of the bedrooms has a 180cmx200cm bed and the second bedroom a 160cmx200cm bed.

The third bedroom is on the upper floor and has a 180cmx200cm bed. On the second floor we also find a bathroom with shower and bidet. The three described bedrooms have a ceiling fan and mosquito nets on all windows.

The house is also available in the coldest months as it has central gas heating.

Chalet privado situado a tan solo 10 metros de la mejor playa de dénia "Playa De Les Deveses". El chalet consta de 4 habitaciones de matrimonio con colchones de latex super cómodos. El resto de camas, hasta 3 camas de 1,35 se encuentran situadas en la 1ª planta. Un espacio diáfano, donde los mas pequeños, disfrutaran durmiendo junto a sus hermanos, amigos,... El salón-comedor y cocina, se encuentran unidos y abiertos al mar. Grandes espacios exteriores. Los niños podrán disfrutar de zona de juegos y piscina.

- "If what you are looking for is to disconnect and have an authentic relaxing time with your family, this is the place to be. The house is beautiful, every detail makes you feel you are home. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. Breakfast in the terrace were delightful. The kids had a blast in the pool, and they slept in the attic where they had so much fun. Is literally a step away from the beach, which is never crowded, fine sand, clean water. The closest restaurant is 800 meters, you can walk from the beach in 15 minutes or less, is called Los Baños and is a must, the ambience, decoration and the best breakfast ever including healthy freshly squeezed juices. At night you can also enjoy there a cocktail in a chill out ambience. Also very close there is an auto cinema. For the supermarket you need he car but you have plenty along the road from 5 to 15 minutes with everything you need as well as other restaurants. There is an Asador with the best pizzas and Las Nogeras for amazing paellas. Denia is literally 15 minutes in the car. The owner Gerardo was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, gave us tips of what to do and where to go. One of the best vacations ever in family, highly recommended."
