It has no separate room, everything is in a very well used space, folding bed for daily use with 135x190 mattress. Very comfortable and modern studio, which has a terrace overlooking the mountain, pool and green areas of the community. It is located on the second floor.

(It is important to emphasize that the bed is very comfortable and measures 135/190) It has a divine terrace to enjoy the sun and views. The space is very bright. It is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals if necessary and above all feel comfortable.
Parking is located on the street next to the development and is for the exclusive use of the residents who maintain a good coexistence.

The area is ideal to rest and disconnect from the daily life, for hiking lovers there are many routes easily accessible from the property. For those who want Denia beach offers more than 12 km of beaches (Las Marinas) which is just a few minutes away by car. Valencia Airport and Alicante are an hour away.

My apartment is a quiet and charming space overlooking Mount Montgó. It is located in Jesús Pobre 10 kilometers from Denia and 7 kilometers from Jávea. The village is very beautiful and every Sunday celebrates a traditional market with local and artisanal products famous in the area. By car it takes thirteen minutes to get to Las Marinas beach. Here you will have everything at hand with no debris or crowds. You have a pool, elevator and above all with good energy.

The space
The space consists of a living room with sofa bed, TV, dining table and four chairs, it has two large balconies through which the air and light come in. The room is very spacious with a huge 1.50 bed and another large balcony with a seal shutter in case you can't stand the light for sleeping. In the kitchen you find everything necessary to prepare rich comiditas at home, if that is what you want. If you use a microwave , you have one. There is also an oven, toaster, and capsule coffee maker. And the bathroom is spacious and very new with bathtub and bidet.
