- "I was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews for this hotel. The hotel has been painted and looks basic but ok. My room was big with a lovely terrace, did not have a direct sea view but a lovely one. Bathroom was dated but fully functional. The bed was comfortable, some reviews were saying it was hard but i found it perfectly confortable. If you're on the large side you may disagree but for us it was perfectly fine. Breakfast was varied, something to suit everyone except those on a diet, eggs, bacon and sausages quite greasy, the only protein. Overall for the price I loved the hotel, it had everything we needed."

- "Just to clarify - I put "ok" for communications, thinking this referred to the wifi. If it means emails or staff interactions then I`d change that to "excellent". The apartment was a bit tired in decor and not designed to the best advantage, however, it was functional and fit for purpose and fulfilled all our needs to a good level. Good views as it was sea facing and on the 16th floor. The security was good. Lifts functional (thank goodness) if rather noisy. The staff did everything possible to be helpful and accommodating and were cheerful and friendly too. The beds (like most in Spanish apartments) were a bit on the hard side and lurched when you got into them, ensuring a disturbed night for both of us. Twin beds would be better for us. Very convenient location for us as we were attending a barbershop event being held next door in the AR Diamante. Good local cafés and lovely beach close by."

Wide stairs and 4 elevators, 2 of which descend to the underground garage.
You enter the hall of the apartment via a secure entrance door. This is spacious, bright, and equipped with furniture and fitted wardrobes.
From the hall you go to the hallway, with the door to the bathroom on the right. The bathroom has a bath/shower, a toilet, a sink with drawers, an illuminated mirror, a washing machine, electric heating and a towel drying rack. It is brightly lit and has an automatic air extraction.
Then you go through the hallway to the living room. This runs narrow from the front and wide at the back to the dining area. The living/dining area has cupboards, seats, table and chairs, television, lighting and electric heating. The window of the dining area has double glazing, opens and is partly tilted, mosquito net, roller blind and a sun canopy.
The open kitchen is located at the front right of the living room. This is equipped with a sink, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave/grill/convection oven, coffee maker, kettle,toaser and several kitchen cabinets.
On the right, halfway through the living room, is the door to the bedroom. This is spacious, equipped with a wide double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, a double glass door to the terrace and blackout curtains.
At the back to the right of the living room is the terrace, facing south with lots of light. It is covered and has a large window in 6 parts, all in transparent double glazing. All parts can be opened. The lower windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Roller blinds provide privacy and an electrically operated awning provides shade. The heating is electric. Low chairs and a glass table make the terrace cozy. From here you have a wide view above the trees, the square, the neighboring restaurants and the adjacent streets.
A doorman and cameras throughout the building ensure surveillance and safety.

The closed garage with storage room is located on level -1, accessible via the gate on the street, the stairs and the elevators.

- "Lovely apartment, very modern and clean, had everything we needed. Pillows were very big and hard and towels were small and insufficient. On departure you have to sweep the apartment despite paying for cleaning. We would have preferred to pay extra for a midweek clean and we struggled washing and drying towels in time to re-use. I would definitely stay again, but it could be improved with at least 1 towel change and apartment clean part way through our 9 nights."

This is an 8th floor apartment located in the working fishing port overlooking the Mediterranean sea out towards Benidorm with the Ifach just to the left.This is now a nature reserve for hill walkers and the famous rock can be scaled to the top by most members of the family(good footwear needed). From the rear balcony the bay of Moraira can be seen. It is an 11 year old apartment highly maintained sleeps 6,two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. This apartment has had a complete refit in January 2015 so everything is new! Full internet with internet TV supplying some UK channels now installed. The outside now completely repainted to keep the block pristine. All interior re decorated Jan 2015 too. This building is one of the prettiest to look at in Calpe and has always been well maintained.It has no shops or restaurants below and features an elevated pool overlooking the fishing port. We have a Consierge on the premises full time who is not only there to maintain the building but also to look after our clients in the best possible way. It is very close to all restaurants and bars. The open air fish restaurants are just across the road,fish lovers, this is heaven! You can continue to walk along this beach from here into town which is just about 20 minutes. There is also a main beach ,only 5 minutes walk away.Plenty to see and plenty of space to relax if that's what you wish to do. Calpe is full of restaurants of all nationalities and their competitiveness keeps prices very affordable. I have been been visiting for some 35 years and there are the old favourites but always plenty of new places to try. Calpe is also an all year round resort. Juy to August is very hot and very busy. The apartment has the early morning sun which is shaded by the anti glare glass along its eastern side. The sun continues to rise over the front of the apartment which is semi sheltered from the blazing mid day sun due to the design of the building. We are also sheltered by the blazing late afternoon sun by the design of the building allowing all day use of the fully glazed balcony which can be opened and closed to ones own liking. This makes evening meals on the balcony very romantic at any time of the year. The apartment has ceiling fans to all living areas and by its very design and position always enjoys a through draft keeping the temperatures to a very comfortable nature.

- "Pros: The appartment is very spacious and clean the terrace is very large and gives a lovely view over the bay great location . Within easy reach of all amenities , As it's on the 5th floor it can be a bit windy and the sun doesnt really get on to the balcony for long in the morning or in the PM, the pool area is very nice and we found a sun bed when we needed to . The only down fall for us was the disco bar opposite had loud groups of people from 12am through to 5AM every night although we were assured this has never been mentioned before so maybe we were just unlucky and it was a stag weekend ,we would definatly book again .dont follow the sat nav to find appartment it doesn't take you there, but the lady is very helpful and will come to find you ."

Situated right on the prom with sun beds on beach in front of you, restaurants and shops all around you. The apartment is on first floor with a lift or stairs. While we didn’t cook , there was more than ample pots pans dishes cutlery and glasses to facilitate a large group . There was a smart TV and excellent Wi-Fi . There is air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and the living area and while there is a ceiling fan in the en suite bedroom it would also be nice to have air conditioning here. Personally I would also like Sun loungers on the balcony."
