Apartment is rented in a low area of a chalet. You have all the outdoor garden area, pool, area to store your car or sun loungers for sunbathing. The pool is private property and you will have full access. Please note that it may be shared with two other guests in the front area of the house. The development is a five minute drive to downtown or beach the pit. Walking you can access Mallorcan cove or bassetes. Owner is available if you need it
