- "The property itself isn’t bad considering is a very old building, everything was clean and we liked that, however the musty smell coming out from the kitchen’s faucet was really bad!! Contaminated the whole apartment plus the humidity is not a good match, the a/c (split) it doesn’t help at all, I think it needs a new filter or at least some repair because after we turned on I started sneezing like crazy… Overall is not that bad if you planned stay for a day (like we did) but for longer than that I’m not sure if you gonna enjoy your stay, without mention there’s not elevator and the stairs are really dark. Good thing you have a very close parking spot just crossing the street at the arenas hotel and the view from the balcony to the beach is really nice we loved that "

Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. 2. We thankfully got rid of our rented car because to get it to this location would have been difficult.. I’m not sure you could actually park any where near there… the nearest metro is about 15 minutes away. The communication with the owner was very good… 3. There is a cleaning fee… we knew about it in advance but I do think it was a touch steep. Overall however, positive. "

That didn’t continue for the rest of our visit thanks goodness . The apartment was clean and fantastic and has all what you need . TV channels didn’t work which we didn’t bother to ask to get fix. Wifi was weak in all locations except the dinning / living room . Swimming pools were small but fantastic to have it just to us alone during our stay. Lot of parking spots available in the street for free although there is parking underground which is not offered during our stay . In my opinion the apartment is great to stay at if you have a vehicle. "

This apartment is quite big sunny during all day. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and nice terrace too. We provide internet service for our guests. The apartment is nice during all the year specially from march to november. If you are interested in coming long term let me know it. The space
Accommodation is on the bullevard called Paseo Rosa de los Vientos de la Playa de Gandia. The space is well distributed in the following way. Main entrance with corridor and built-in wardrobe on the left is a toilet, a bedroom and a kitchen. To the right we have a dining room with exit to the terrace.
From the dining room you have access to another bathroom, double room and bedroom with two beds.

The rooms are very bright and well oriented, all of them have air conditioning.

The air conditioning and wifi are located in the dining room which is the central area of the building.

The apartment has a quiet community all year round so rest is guaranteed.

The main terrace overlooks the swimming pool and the promenade where on Sundays there is a market.

The sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
It is very easy to find parking nearby for most of the year. The communications with gandia by bus are easy because it passes regularly and the stop is very close.

The bus stop that connects with Madrid is a few meters from the apartment and the distance to Gandia station by car is approximately 7 or 8 minutes.
