Cottage between oranges located in a privileged place of the Costa Blanca, between the salt pans of Santa Pola and the salt pans of Torrevieja. It is located 30 minutes from Alicante airport, 5 minutes from the beaches of Guardamar and 15 minutes from Torrevieja. In the area there is a golf course and water park (C. Quesada), as well as leisure and shopping areas. The house has a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with three single beds and one with a double bed. It has a porch with barbecue and food area. There is a removable pool, two solarium areas with hammocks to enjoy the sun, bicycles and parking space both inside and outside the establishment. Everything is surrounded by an orange grove.

- "This little gem of a house is in a rural setting just outside the town, nestled in a private orange grove of about an acre. The majority of the restaurants in Rojales are in an area called Benijofar, a 4 minute drive away. There are also a number of restaurants & supermarkets nearby. Unlike other villas we have stayed at, here you can always find a shaded area to get out of the heat if you want to. The first room you enter is a large living room with two comfy 3-seater sofas and a table which could easily seat 10. There is also a large fridge freezer in here. From this room you access a gazebo with sofa & chairs and an overhead fan and light, perfect for sitting outside at night. It looks out onto the orange grove and a huge banana tree. It was reminiscent to me of being in Southeast Asia. Very tranquil. The main structure of the house is accessed from inside where there is a well equipped kitchen area and another dining table as well as two more comfy sofas! Another large fridge freezer in here too. This area has windows but no direct sunlight, so it is really cool during the day. The bathroom lets off this living area and, though compact, the shower cubicle is a good size at about 1.4mx70cm. The shower itself has both overhead and hand hose. The owners are absolutely delightful & we had a lot of laughs with them overcoming the language barrier, thanks to Google Translate. All in all this cottage feels loved... and we loved it. We shall definitely be returning."

- "We spent 3 nights at Casa de la Serratella in March with some friends. Before arriving to the house I fell in love with the surrounding area as we drove in. The property is incredible and you truly feel you are in your own private oasis of orange trees. When we arrived at the house I felt like I was in a movie. The garden and the house itself are picture perfect. The owners warmly welcomed us and took time to explain everything we had questions about. They even made us a fire in the main entrance area so we could sit and talk with one another upon arrival. It was a perfect welcome. The downstairs apartments are great for couples or families. Each with a kitchen, dishwasher and even a washing machine. We were 2 couples and each of us had our own cozy apartment- which was more than enough space (each apartment could sleep about 4). The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. Each morning we prepared breakfast in the apartment and took it outside to eat in the garden, which is so tranquil. You have beautiful views of the neighboring towns and orange groves. Depending on the season, you will enjoy the sweet smell of orange blossoms while sitting under a canopy of wisteria. The house was large, modern and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a lot. The lounge was large and the terrace with retractable parasol was a lovely bonus. Marcos, the property manager, was very flexible and helpful with any queries we had and helped us with restaurant ideas and other local information. There was a miscommunication about the pool at first, but he quickly rectified the problem and we were soon splashing in both pools - we had them both to ourselves. The location is convenient with a supermarket across the road and the tram stop just outside. The front road is busy day and night, but at the back it’s very private and quiet. It’s a short walk to a small pretty beach, and a longer 25 min walk (or 2 stop tram) to the enormous family friendly beach. We would like to come back as a family and stay here again."

Villa 4 grandchildren is a perfect accommodation to enjoy holidays with family or friends. The house has a capacity for 6 people.
It has 3 bedrooms (with double bed), also on request we have a baby cot. In the living room there is a sofa bed.

Die Villa 4 Grandchildren besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Geschierspühlmaschine, Kaffemaschine, Toaster, Microwelle, Kühl- Gefriehrschrank…. , in Esszimmer, 2 Bäder mit Dusche.
Mit privaten Pool auf dem Grundstück. Auch eine Sommerküche ausserhalb dem Wohnhaus, und Grillgelegenheit.
