The apartment is part of the Mill, offered for 2 or 4 people of around 55 m2.
After two stairs in the farmhouse of the Moulin de Tartay (28 steps),
it has a bedroom with a double bed for two people, a large wardrobe,
the second bedroom consists of two single beds and a large wardrobe,
a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The accommodation comprises an open fitted kitchen, a living area overlooking the kitchen and a flat-screen TV.
The garden consists of an unsupervised 7 by 3 by 1 meter 50 deep swimming pool (open from May to September) protected by a wrought iron fence and a protective curtain to C.E standards. The property is green, peaceful and completely secluded from outside view. The only unnatural noise would be from an occasional car passing on the small private road passing along the garden. There is a private parking inside the property gate.
Other things to note
There is a sense of privacy between the two sleeping areas, as they are on different levels and without visibility between them. The two levels (mezzanine with a queen size bed and the living room with lit-gigogne underneath) are connected by a stable permanent ladder.
