Our detached cottage (field owners) fully renovated and is very bright, warm and comfortable. It has a capacity of 2 to 5 people (40 m2).
On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (140), a bedroom (bed 140), bathroom, separate toilet.
Mezzanine: Fitted attic, sleeping space (90 sofa bed) is reached by a staircase. The highest point is about 2 m but a central beam passes through its entire width to 1. 50 m above the ground. Young people love this cozy space.
In fine weather, you can enjoy the terrace adjoining the house, in the shade of the cherry tree in our garden. A small enclosed shelter is available to store your bikes or strollers. We do not offer parking. But parking spaces are available in our Avenue or the parking lot of school just next door to us.

A bakery and general store are minutes away by foot, and the walk to the train station can be done primarily on picturesque pedestrian pathways, with a playground and a grocery store on your way. UNIQUE, 35 minutes from Paris! In the middle of a 3.5-hectare condominium, you can enjoy part of the former stables of the Château du Piple. Dating from the 18th century, the castle and its outbuildings form a unique ensemble listed as a historic monument.
Surrounded by 110 hectares of woodland, you might even encounter deer! Paris is only 35 minutes away via the RER A, and the RER station is a 12-minute walk from the condominium.

The house is spacious and comfortable, ideal for a stay with family or friends. The kitchen and living room can comfortably accommodate 10 people, allowing everyone to find their own tranquility and enjoy the surroundings and amenities. The living room/kitchen area measures 80 m².

The house and the building have a lot of charm, especially thanks to their old-world character; you won't find yourself in a modern or sterile home.

Suresnes is on the edge of Paris, the Seine in Paris has one bank, another bank in Suresnes. The cottage is 700 yards from Paris and the Bois de Boulogne, which is the largest park in the capital. Suresnes is the culmination with the Mont Valerian known for its fortress and its history. The American cemetery of Mont Valerien where lie thousands of U.S. soldiers of WW1 and WW2.

In a residential street and in the garden of a property, cottage charm 48m2 room with some open on the living room. The room has a bed with 2 mattresses, electric mattress pads, comforters, lamps, and a nightstand. A window and glass door overlooking the garden. The living room has leather sofa which converts into a bed for one or two people. There is a wardrobe and a dining table with 3 chairs, a television, a lamp, a skylight with electric shutter. The kitchen has a dining table with 2 stools, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and dryer, microwave oven and 4 ring hob, electric coffee maker, toaster etc. The bathroom has a large shower (for two), a sink and a toilet, a commode. Towels and bed linen are provided. You can park in the street for free.
