Hearnesbrook Barn is a spacious two-bedroom annexe in the grounds of a Georgian house located in the picturesque sailing village of Emsworth. Just to the north of Chichester are the stunning South Downs, with lovely rolling countryside and as well as many picturesque Downland villages. Golf is also available at Goodwood and the polo at Cowdray Park, near Midhurst, is just a short drive away. The Coach House sleeps a total of 18 people across seven bedrooms. There are six double bedrooms all with their own en suite facilities. (Four of the double rooms can be turned into twin rooms upon request). The master double on the ground floor includes roll top bath in the bedroom. There is a further 7th room with two bunk beds and two single beds, this room has its own en suite also and is close to the upper floor ‘Den' area. This is the perfect space for the kids to have their own space whilst on their holidays. The Den has books, games, and toys as well as a large comfortable sofa and television to unwind and have fun while the adults entertain on the ground floor. On the wide landing here is also a cot close to the children's room and a double room but it can be moved into any bedroom upon request.

Priory Coach House has a large luxurious living room stylishly decorated for fun and entertainment! Here is a comfortable seating space with large widescreen television. Beyond is a corner seating area next to the full-sized table tennis. Above is a disco ball and lighting for a small social gathering after a busy day out on the water.

This beautiful Coach House has a kitchen big enough to entertain the whole family with seating for all and kitchen more than suitable for self-catering at home. The kitchen includes ice maker, kettle, dishwasher, hob & double electric oven, microwave, fridge, double wine fridge & cafetiere. For those wanting to book a caterer for their stay there is ample space but please do contact the host for a full list of kitchen equipment once booked.

Only short distance away Selsey is easily accessible from the Coach House by car or on foot along the beach. ‘Crab and Lobster' is a renowned local restaurant serving locally caught seafood. Selsey town has plenty of independent stores where you can pick up local produce as well and larger supermarkets if a big shop is required. Deliveries are available from all large supermarkets.

The historic Cathedral city of Chichester lies only a few miles north of Church Norton. When visiting the Cathedral look out for Norton Priory as it is in fact featured in one of the frescos on the Cathedral walls. Chichester has an abundance of boutique shops and independent restaurants; local favourites are ‘Purchases' and ‘Artie's Kitchen'. Chichester train station has a direct line to London Victoria & Brighton.

The Downs are just to the north of Chichester and the many attractions at Goodwood are within half an hour's drive. These include horse racing and the Revival Meeting along with the Festival of Speed.

a beautiful annex set only minutes from Selsey waterfront Caedwalla House Annex is the perfect base for a holiday at the seaside. Selsey offers beautiful walks, local shops, restaurants and cafes. Selsey is perhaps most famous for its lifeboat station and beach, making it a very popular destination in the summer months. With great local amenities you can base yourself here for the whole week or travel further afield to West Wittering, Arundel and Chichester only twenty minutes away. Chichester train station boasts fantastic links too with a train going straight to London Victoria, Brighton and Salisbury.

Caedwalla House Annex has excellent parking facilities with a driveway and on road parking. There are two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. Bedroom one is a large bedroom with a super king bed overlooking the beautiful view of the garden and horse field and the second bedroom has a small double bed (4ft 6) which can squeeze 2 people to make it extra cosy. There is a large modern bathroom with a separate bath and shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to effectively self cater during your stay (while not out at one of the many local eateries of course!), including kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster.

Caedwalla House Annex has a shared garden but includes a lovely outdoor seating area for guests, it is the perfect spot to dine or enjoy a glass of bubbly on a warm summers evening.

Sleeping 12 comfortably Brackenside is the perfect holiday getaway for all of the family. With a large garden and good size kitchen, dining and entertaining in this holiday home is dream. The heart of the home is a open plan space including full size pool table with scoring chart on the wall to keep tally of those wins! Beside the pool table you can open up the bifold doors and let the outside in with good size patio area and garden beyond. The kitchen includes a full size dining table to dine 12 comfortably along with a lounge space and breakfast bar for drinks. This modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook up a feast if not out at one of the many local eateries! Only minutes away from East Preston here you will find plenty of local restaurants, pubs, cafe's and takeaway. Angmering train station is 1.5 miles away on foot and has direct routes to London, Brighton and Chichester. Brackenside is also perfectly situated to Angmering Park Estate and Selden Barns - a popular local wedding venue; within easy walking distance Brackenside is a great house for wedding guests to book up and share.

Brackenside has 6 bedrooms in total. There is one ground floor double bedroom (which can also be split into a twin upon request, this request needs to be made at the time of the booking) this room has an en suite with shower cubicle and further four double double bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom on the first floor is very special with high beamed ceiling and bifold doors opening up to a balcony with table and chairs. It's the ideal private space to unwind and take some time for yourself after a busy day of entertaining. The master bedroom also has it's own en suite with shower and bath. Set only moments from glorious Worthing seafront Seashell cottage is the perfect seaside retreat for all the family. Nestled off the main road amongst the historic town houses this pretty spot is ideal for holidaying with friends or family. Sit in the front garden in the cute terrace area watching the world go by or tuck yourself into the cosy courtyard back garden draped with wisteria.

This wonderful holiday cottage is not just in a fantastic location for the sea front; it has its own claim to fame as it is featured in the award winning 1987 film ‘Wish you were here' starring Emily Lloyd.

Seashell Cottage sleeps four people and includes a living room with good sized television and log burner. After a busy day of exploration or chilly walk on the winter's beach hunker down here and enjoy a hot cup of cocoa and movie - perhaps ‘Wish you here'; there will be a copy on the dresser for anyone keen to spot the scene the cottage on the big screen.

There is plenty of dining space with room to entertain while not out at one of the many popular restaurants nearby. The separate dining room has a large family table suitable for six people. Seashell Cottage has a well equipped kitchen with everything you will need to cook up a feast whilst on your holiday. The cottage has an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, teapot & microwave as well as all utensils and dinnerware you will need.
Just a couple of minutes' walk away there is an excellent seafood restaurant called ‘The Crabshack' as included in the photographs. Within walking distance also we would recommend the Italian, Cucinetta Bistro and PITCH restaurant serving modern European food run be masterchef champion Kenny Tutt.

Seashell Cottage has two beautifully decorated bedrooms. One twin and one double. The family bathroom has been carefully re-designed to include a separate WC as well as in the main bathroom. No need to wait while someone has a long hot bath or shower!

Roadside parking is available at the cottage and permits will be provided. If you are holidaying without a car there is plenty to do nearby and excellent travel links. Worthing train station takes you to Brighton in moments, Chichester, Arundel and London.

Worthing pier is a short walk away and is well worth a visit for the amusements. Denton gardens is on your doorstep along the sea front. Perfect for a picnic off the beach. Here are also lovely local shops selling arts and crafts. The sea front café here has wonderful views out to sea and also behind includes a sandy volley ball pitch.

Grayswood is the pretty village located 5 minutes from Haslemere town centre. The cottage is situated on the Village Green, close to the Church and within walking distance of the local pub.

The accommodation comprises a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Continental Breakfast will be provided.

There is a very sociable and bouncy Wheaten Terrier in residence who will greet you with a very warm welcome.

We are in a beautiful rural setting and only a 15 minute walk to Rowlands Castle railway station (Portsmouth to London line). The village has a cafe, 3 pubs, shops, post office, doctors and chemist. It's an easy reach to Stansted House, Chichester, Goodwood, Portsmouth, Hayling Island and the Isle of Wight. We are also on the National Cycling Network route and the Shipwrights Way, ideal for a cycling/walking stop over. Continental breakfast if requested and tea/coffee facilities in the room.

A bright and spacious double room with a beautiful view. The room is thoroughly cleaned between visits, surfaces are wiped down with anti-bacteria cleaner.

The bedroom which is next to a modern bathroom with power shower, you will have sole use of this during your stay. Continental breakfast (if requested) brought to your room, with views across the National Park. Seating also in the garden.

Our beautiful 18th century flint cottage with it's pretty courtyard garden, is in the heart of the picturesque West Sussex countryside - perfect for families with children, dogs, walkers and cyclists. Just 10 minutes drive from the sea and 20 mins to the centre of Brighton. You can enjoy the peace of the South Downs National Park, but are close enough for a day trip to Brighton / London.
Our cottage can sleep up to 4 adults, plus 2-3 children and we can provide travel cot & high chair.

The space
Our cottage has a cosy living room, with wood burning stove and a large bright conservatory with a dining area and sofas. and is ideal for families or walkers / cyclists, looking for a base to explore Brighton and Sussex.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom upstairs and another toilet downstairs. Please be aware there are three low beams downstairs at 6ft high.

Our cottage can sleep 4 adults, plus 2-3 children There are two double bedrooms - one larger one smaller. Plus a children’s room with a child’s cabin bed and an extra child’s mattress /travel cot if needed.

This is our family home and availability is mainly during the school holidays and weekends and while we will not be there, some of our possessions will be but we are very happy for children to enjoy playing with the toys and make themselves at home!

This 1850 flint one bedroom cottage situated in Upper Beeding on the edge of the South Downs National Park. There are plenty of walks along the nearby river bank and South Downs Way. Ideally situated to access Brighton, Worthing and Chichester. There are pubs and takeaways nearby and the historic town of Steyning is a short walk away.

Welcome to Flint Cottage! Originally built in 1885, we've transformed it into a lovely space for our friends, family, and Airbnb guests - and now, you! We have two cozy bedrooms that feature blackout curtains and ample storage for your clothes. The Master bedroom comes with an ensuite shower and a work desk, perfect for business travelers.

In the living room, we've prepared a fun-filled entertainment setup with board games, a TV with chrome-cast, and a PlayStation. For larger groups, we've included a ClicClac sofa that easily turns into a bed. Our generous kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, and we've even provided you with the essentials of tea, coffee, cereal, and milk.

Outside, you'll find a beautiful courtyard filled with Tess's favorite plants and a mosaic table that she made herself. It's the perfect spot to relax and soak up some sun!

Don't worry, you'll have complete privacy during your stay. However, if you need anything at all, we're just a message away on the Airbnb app. We're excited to have you as our guest and look forward to welcoming you to Flint Cottage!

The Cottage was built in the 1800s and its stairs are steeper than modern staircases. Therefore, individuals with mobility issues should bear this in mind before making a booking.

The Cottage has the capacity to accommodate five people with two double beds, one single and one double sofa bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower, while a small lavatory is located downstairs off the lounge.

Regarding parking, both of us drive to work and we usually find parking outside the house. However, during bank holidays with beautiful sunny weather, parking may become tighter. Nevertheless, most of the roads surrounding us are free to use.
