Blue Haze is a comfortable family house set in the most wonderful location on Aldwick beach in West Sussex. This beautiful beach is minutes' walk away from your front door making Blue Haze an ideal holiday home for anyone looking for a seaside break on England's stunning south coast.
Inside, the house has a good size sitting room, with comfortable furniture and a log burner, this is the perfect space for the family to gather in an evening to watch a film or play some board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to self-cater during your stay including, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, a double oven, fridge, freezer, toaster and washing machine. This leads onto the dining area with doors leading out to the lovely garden, perfect to unwind with a glass of wine on a summers evening. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, x2 double rooms with ensuite (one of the double beds can be split into singles), there is a further double bedroom, a single bedroom and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
This property comes with WIFI and has a large drive accommodating 3-4 cars.

If you are looking for the perfect spot for a family get together then Seasidings is the place for you. Situated with direct access to the beach at Pagham on a quiet private road you couldn't ask for a more idyllic spot
The house is constructed from two converted vintage railway carriages, and has been in the family for generations, the hosts have gone to great lengths to make Seasidings a home from home with comfortable furnishings and and a modern living spaces.
Entering the house through the rear there is a modern bathroom and utility area leading into the kitchen which has everything you would need to comfortably self cater including dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. The large sitting room is thoughtfully and comfortably furnished for 10 guests and looks through to a further seating area with direct views onto the sea, this area again leads through to a glass dining area that sits slightly proud of the main house giving stunning, panoramic views of the beach to the east and the west.
Outside there is plenty of parking, follow the steps up to the terraced area with a barbecue and patio and leading to the entrance. To the rear of the house there is a small patio area with another barbecue (please move this onto the beach before using) and seating areas all positioned to enjoy the vista. There are bean bags available for use on the beach.
The hosts at this property will accept a dog at this property by request.

Bognor Regis is a traditional seaside town located in the heart of the south coast of England. Well placed for discovering the area, the property is near Pagham Nature Reserve, a sanctuary for birds and other wildlife. About 10 miles away, Chichester boasts a beautiful cathedral, Chichester Festival Theatre, a number of leisure facilities, and horse racing at Goodwood and Fontwell. Arundel is also nearby, a town that’s famous for its castles, book and antique shops, the Wildfowl and Wetlands Wildlife Centre Arundel, and Pulborough Brooks RSPB. Besides Pagham, there are various popular beaches in the area, such as at West Wittering, Worthing and Bognor.

However, if you into a relaxing, comfortable holiday, with 1st class views and great walks, I strongly recommend this delightful and quirky cottage. There is boatloads of space, with 4 bedrooms, and a large comfortable lounge out front, and also out the back. Being able to open the front door and have 2 paces to the beach was incredible! The bed was very comfy, and the 2 chairs at the front were perfect for sitting and watching the world go by. There was a lot of dog-walking traffic, fishermen, wind-surfers-fab. Out the front of the cottage and to the right was a stunning and gorgeous walk around Pagham Harbour-highly recommended. The kitchen is small, but fine for simple holiday meals. We would particularly recommend Jordan's Butcher & Fishmonger in closeby Rose Green, and Julie's Fish Hut in Selsey-fantastic quality products. Also recommend the Runcton Farm Shop. Great breakfast at the Pagham Beach Cafe just around the corner. We intend to return."

The Lookout is an apartment in the centre of Bognor Regis only a moment from the beach including sea views from the living room and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants (a top local favourite is Mustards; serving breakfast lunch and dinner) and cafes. Butlins theme park is also within walking distance as well as a local favourite Hotham Park. Along the sea front is the pier and amusements as well as crazy golf and bowles. Bognor Regis museum is also well worth a visit.
This wonderfully placed apartment has a comfortable living room with almost panoramic views of your surroundings. The sea in the distance is a brilliant blue on a sunny day and can reached within a minutes walk of the apartment. The living space includes a large, widescreen television to cosy down with a movie on the chilly evening or after a long day of exploring.
The Lookout has a newly refurbished kitchen with everything you will need during your stay when not ordering from one of the many local take outs! The kitchen includes, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The living room includes a dining area suitable for two or four just outside the kitchen.
This apartment has two bedrooms, one double room and one twin room. There is one family bathroom with shower over the bath.
One allocated parking space is available on site . The garage is also available but for storage uses only - ie bikes etc. Free wifi available.

Bognor Regis has many local eateries (Mustards is a favourite) to dine out or order in and enjoy in the comfort of your holiday home. With plenty of takeaway deliveries on offer you will be spoilt for choice. If you prefer to have a shop delivered this well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast while away.
Stonesthrow has two bedrooms and bathroom with shower between. Free wifi included. Parking on the road in front of the apartment is pay and display during peak months. Parking is free between October - March. There is no hair dryer at this property.

Listening to the sound of the sea from both indoors and outdoors is amazing, very relaxing and therapeutic. A walk of just under a mile along the promenade takes you to Felpham where you can enjoy a coffee, breakfast or lunch right by the beach and Chichester is a very quick and easy 15 minutes in the car although public transport and taxis are readily available. We absolutely loved West Lodge - key collection and return was easy, we were provided with a very handy guest guide and it was comforting to know the owners were easily contactable and available if required. We will definitely be back soon, West Lodge was the perfect place to base ourselves as we continue to explore the area with a view to relocating and as a homeworker, I can very easily see myself working from the table and facing that wonderful view - although I'm not quite sure how much work would actually get done !"

The South Downs National Park is also nearby for scenic walks, or there are plenty of attractions within easy reach, including many National Trust properties.
A little further afield you could take a trip to Chichester, where you can visit the town’s 12th-century cathedral and admire an area that is steeped in history. Check out Arundel with its historic castle and Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, which is situated only 10 miles away and provides a good day out. The Goodwood Estate is well worth a visit and is situated just a short drive away, where you can enjoy an event at the racecourse, or simply just walk round and admire the beautiful estate. Also worth a visit is Fontwell Park Racecourse, which is only 8 miles away. You can jump on the train at Bognor Regis station and travel east towards Brighton, which is known for its cosmopolitan feel and has the Royal Pavilion, art galleries, theatres, extensive shopping, marina and other facilities. For people who would like more entertainment, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton are close by and provide various themed attractions. Elmer is in an ideal location to explore many of the attractions of the south coast from bustling Brighton to the east, to historic Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight to the west. In between there are beautiful places such as Chichester with its ancient cathedral and Festival Theatre, quaint Arundel with its castle and antique shops, Goodwood and Fontwell racecourses and the beautiful South Downs close by. The design and layout of this property means it is beautifully light and thought has gone into the small details. For example the upstairs bathroom has a skylight, if you happen to need a toilet break late at night, look up the stars are magical. All the comforts of being at home with the added bonus of having the beach a 2 minutes walk away. It was such a pleasure to stay in this property that leaving it was not easy. We took our 2 dogs on holiday with us for the first time in 12 years and would not hesitate to return to the is property with them. The garden has a water butt which made cleaning them off after a stomp along the beach so much easier and eliminates stress. We had a takeaway from the local pub - The Cabin We recommend you try it, the food was great. We also had the good fortune of having takeaway from Mandarin Chef in Middleton on Sea. I think this is the best Chinese meal we have ever had. We needed to contact the owner on arrival, A answered our call immediately and later visited us to check we had everything we needed and to bring us a goody bag :-) We would recommend this property without hesitation! Dating back to at least 1606, Rose Cottage is Grade II listed and steeped in history. It was meticulously restored over two years by previous owners, working closely with English Heritage to ensure every detail honoured the cottage's original character. Traditional materials and techniques were used throughout the renovation, and some of the craftsmanship can be viewed through dedicated display panels within the cottage. The property was recognised with a Conservation Award in 2008 and proudly holds a 4-star rating from the English Quality in Tourism scheme.

The garden is delightful and you are very close to Middleton -on- sea village, with two or three pubs within walking distance and the beach 10 min walk away. . It is not for everybody. I have stayed before so knew what to expect. The cottage is small inside but cool on hot summer days. Access would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues and there is no room to eat at table inside. However there is a picnic bench in the garden and another little table and chairs so you can eat outside when the weather is good . The major plus is how cute the cottage is. It has so much character and it really makes you smile when you look at it from the outside. Im sure we will be back. Many Thanks we had great weather and a great time"

Hidden away on an exclusive private estate, this large home is just a few steps from the quiet beach. Inside the house is bright and spacious, with plenty of room for 8 guests (max 6 adults) and a dog. Two sitting rooms allow the family to spread out, one cosy with a TV and the other a playroom with kids toys and games. A large kitchen-dining room is the central hub for cooking and catching up over dinner.
Upstairs there are 2 king size bedrooms, a single with trundle bed and a bunk bedroom (NB due to limited space the trundle will only be provided for bookings with 8 guests, or if requested in advance). There are two bathrooms on the first floor, one with bath and handheld shower, and the other a Jack-and-Jill en-suite with bath and separate shower which can be accessed from both the master and the trundle bedrooms (please note low door from master, see photos). There is also a large utility with WC and shower on the ground floor.
Outside, there is a huge lawned garden, and just over the road the beach beckons. At high tide there is a pebble shore, but soon the sea rolls back to reveal vast sands and shallows ideal for little ones. Try a sunset swim or a bracing early morning dip!

The entrance hall offers plenty of coat and shoe storage, and opens into the inner hall that leads to the bedrooms. Walking through, the spacious living area offers a sleek, modern kitchen to one side, with a large dining table. There are two relaxation areas looking out through the large doors to the lagoon. The four bedrooms are all on the ground floor and offer comfortable, flexible sleeping options. The master bedroom has a dedicated king size (5’) bed, while the other three bedrooms are zip-links that can be configured as either a king size (5') double, or twin 2'6 beds (please request your preferences at least 4 weeks before arrival). There are two smart family bathrooms, both offering a walk-in shower, WC and basin.
Outside, the garden sits directly on the pebble beach overlooking the lagoon, with a large wooden deck and seating, a BBQ and even a hot shower. The main seafront beach is also just 200 metres away from your own private piece of coastline.

- When bathing in the sea, it is important not to enter the water nor swim near the harbour mouth as there are very strong currents and submerged objects. The harbour mouth is approx. 600m from the house. Because of this and the property’s access to the lagoon (approx. 80m from the garden), ensure children are supervised at all times.

Set on the beach front at Middleton On Sea this beautiful home has been stylishly designed to make the most of its fantastic spot with direct access to beach and on a quiet private road you couldn't ask for a more idyllic spot.
The house has been newly refurbished to a high standard; the hosts have gone to great lengths to make Beach View a home from home with comfortable furnishings and a modern living space.
There is a spacious stylish living room with comfortable seating and a smart TV. There is also a separate seating area overlooking the garden and a dining area.
From the garden there is direct access to the beach. The is also a BBQ available for guests for those warmer evenings too!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, cafetiere, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster, there is also a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a games room with a 3 in one game table including, pool, table tennis and air hockey as well as a selection of board games. If you are planning on bringing bikes, paddles board or kayaks on holiday with you, then the games room is the perfect space to store these items safely.
There is a downstairs king-sized bedroom and a downstairs shower room too.
Upstairs there are a further 4 bedrooms, a super king bedroom and king-sized bedroom, both share balcony access overlooking the stunning views of the beach, there is comfortable seating area on the balcony, perfect to sit and have your morning cup of coffee as well a couple of sun loungers to top up your tan!
There are a further 2 bedrooms one with twin beds which can be made into a super king bed (please do let us know before your stay if you require this to be a super king bed). There is also a bunk bed room with a double bed on the bottom. There is also an upstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Ample parking is available with this property, WIFI is included and it is also dog friendly.
- "We were a family mix of adults, children and toddler/babies and this property gave us the space for all and the comfort an facilities that everyone needed. In particular we loved the balcony overlooking the beach with the chairs and sun loungers - but were delighted to be able to have a big family BBQ on the lawn one evening - a fabulous large table and chairs available and a wonderful large gas BBQ. Some problems with the electricity on our first night were swiftly rectified on the next day thanks to the owner stepping in quickly to get someone round to fix the problem. A big thank you to Katie. We hope to return again next year and repeat our lovely family event."

Located on the private Elmer Sands Estate, ‘Beachwood’ is only a stone’s throw away from Elmer Beach and is able to comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. There is a large front driveway that can easily fit up to five vehicles. At Elmer Sands as the tide goes out, the beach expands into flat compact sand and you get some interesting rock islands which form part of the local sea defence, perfect for searching for crabs and shells. It is an excellent family beach for all ages and well suited for beach games and rock pools, and at low tide the water is very shallow making ideal conditions for swimming and beginners water sports. At mid to low tide there is a nice easterly walk towards Climping Beach where you can enjoy a cake and ice cream before heading back home.
The villages of Elmer and Middleton-on-Sea are easily reachable within a short walk from the property with a few pubs, restaurants and village shops to explore. The nearest towns of Bognor Regis and Littlehampton offer even more choice and are only a short drive away. This property really is a perfect base to enjoy a beach holiday and if you would like to explore a little further afield, there are plenty of activities to choose from.
Take a trip to Chichester where you can visit the town’s 12th-century cathedral and admire an area that is steeped in history. Visit Arundel with its historic castle and Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, Fontwell Park Racecourse and, of course, no visit to West Sussex is complete without frequenting the spectacular Goodwood Estate, home to the world famous Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and Goodwood Festival, where you can enjoy an event at the racecourse, or simply just walk round and admire the beautiful estate. This Tudor house has a grand hallway which provides access to the kitchen, living/dining area, office plus separate utility area. York House has large living accommodation for all the family including an open fire place for cosying down on chillier nights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to effectively self cater during your stay. This includes oven, hob, microwave, toaster , kettle and cafetiere. There is a separate utility room with washing machine.
From the kitchen open up the patio doors and there is large outdoors dining table for all the family. It's the perfect location for entertaining and in fact quite a sun trap!
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one master double bedroom with an en suite, one double bedroom, and twin room which can be linked together to made a king size bed. The family bathroom is located at the end of the hall and includes a shower and a bath.
There is plenty of parking available; can fit 5 cars on the driveway and there is free on street parking.

Drift In can accommodate up to twelve guests under the one roof and is dog friendly too. This is a perfect house for a large family get together on the west Sussex coast, the accommodation can be split into two; one side, the larger main house has four bedrooms sleeping up to eight, whist the other side has two bedrooms, sleeping four. There is a single connecting door between the two living rooms and both sides have their own fully equipped kitchens. For any less able bodied guests, there is a level entry access into the house and rear garden and in the annexe, there is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a kingsize bed as well as a ground floor bathroom on the same level for a comfortable stay. Outside to the front there are two driveways, one for either side of the house, providing parking for multiple vehicles as well as side access to the enclosed lawned garden. There are decked areas with seating both to the front and rear of the house for alfresco dining.

- "Lovely house and a perfect size for our large family group. Michelle very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. Very dog friendly with good size safe garden. Nearby pubs also serving morning coffee and meals. Great location to explore local places of interest " - "This spacious and well resourced house (well two houses in fact that we were using as one) was the perfect venue for our intergenerational family get together. With a ground floor bedroom right near a bathroom for Grandma, and good sized bedrooms for everyone else, as well as plenty of space for being together (or apart if you needed a quiet moment) the house is a generous size, and in the perfect location for the beach, walking in to Bognor or Littlehampton, or for visiting the many things to do in the area. Can definitely recommend The Lobster Pot Cafe and The Elmer Pub. Had delicious meals in both. Parking for 5 cars and 4 bathrooms, as well as everything you could need in a home, (4 loos including 3 bathrooms, lots of pots and crockery, dishwasher, fridges etc etc) made our stay very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and the flexibility of arrival and departure times really appreciated. The kitchens and bathrooms were all spotlessly clean but maybe we were the first visitors of the season as their were many corners/windows with cobwebs, fluff and the odd spider that looked like they had been there for a while. We had a great weekend, thank you."

There is a short walk from the house to a local store, pharmacy, restaurants, take away and an excellent fish and chip shop, amongst others. There is a park at the end of the road, ideal for sports or dog walking.

The nearby City of Chichester boasting one of the finest Cathedrals in the area has lots to offer with a wonderful array of coffee lounges and the very best in high quality shopping. Founded in Roman times, the whole area is steeped in history, and with the famous Chichester Festival Theatre, Goodwood and its horse and motor racing events, plus of course Chichester marina and harbour the area has something to offer everyone. There are three Sailing Clubs close to Barton Manor, which offer boat hire and courses with the Isle of Wight only minutes away.
Closest to Barton Manor is the village and beaches of Pagham. Famous for its nature reserve where bird spotters enjoy an abundance of birdlife. There are also many walks and cycle rides on relatively flat footpaths that criss-cross the area and offer wonderful views out across the Channel. A short drive away is the cosmopolitan city of Brighton to the east, Portsmouth to the west, and ferry trips can be taken to the Isle of Wight. Situated directly on the beachfront with uninterrupted sea views, The Dunes offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway in an exclusive private estate just west of Bognor Regis. This beautifully designed, three-storey home combines luxury, comfort, and space, ideal for memorable family holidays by the sea.
Upon entering, you'll find the first of six bedrooms, this room is arranged as a twin, but convertible to a king upon request at the time of booking. This room has convenient access to a family shower room.
To the rear the open-plan living areas feature expansive windows and doors that showcase stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped for a stress-free, self-catering stay including an air fryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, large full height fridge, under counter freezer, microwave, and toaster. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and dryer.
The dining area boasts a large table seating 12, this room is adjacent to the living room with oversized, plush sofas, a wall-mounted TV with Sky, and a wood burner available in the winter months for cosy evenings. This space overlooks the heated outdoor pool and beautifully landscaped garden.
Upstairs to the first floor, there are four further bedrooms. There is a twin room with the use of the family bathroom with shower over bath. Three further bedrooms are to the rear with stunning sea views and access to the balcony. The master suite is a super king and TV with en suite bathroom with full bath and shower cubicle, a double room with TV and en suite shower room and a king with TV and en suite shower room.
Up to the second floor there is a twin room (with skilling ceilings) to the front of the house. To the rear of the house there is a fantastic sitting/viewing room with plenty of seating, a TV and telescope...perfect for stargazing, reading, or a teens' hideaway.
The fabulous garden is a real feature of this property. Guests are welcome to use the heated pool year round, which is a fabulous when visiting with a family, there are several areas of seating and a gas barbecue available. The garden has a private gateway leading directly onto the beach.
At the front of the property, there is a driveway for parking three to four cars.

Built by the Admiralty in 1864 our quaint Coastguard Cottage is located just 100 yards from Felpham beach accessed via a private shingle path.
The cottage is perfect for families, couples or a weekend away with friends. Set in a beautiful location, perfect for festival/race goers at Goodwood, with easy access to Chichester, Arundel, Littlehampton and the stunning South Downs.

Our large conservatory gives you a spacious dining room bathed in sunlight which leads onto the rear court yard garden.

With three bedrooms this cottage is perfectly sized for a family getaway. A welcoming kitchen and plenty of room to have a leisurely breakfast before a day of activities. The tranquil seaside theme makes this the perfect space to enjoy your holiday. There is also a pretty walled garden to the rear of the house.

Felpham is ideally located on the coast close to the wonderful city of Arundel. Why not visit the fantastic castle then take lunch by the winding river? With a myriad of quaint shops and riverside walks it is easy to while away a day. Brighton is equally close for a taste of the nightlife and quirky artistic scene - you will never be short of something to do and can enjoy these activities knowing you can return to a peaceful seaside haven.

If you would like linen and towels provided for extra guests there will be a charge to cover laundering, payable on arrival. The maximum the cottage can accommodate is 4 people.
As the cottage is self catering we would recommend you bring any essentials that you may need including towels. (These can be hired from the pub for £5 each for large bath towels)
Check in is from 14:00 and keys are available with the bar team who will show you where you will be staying, how everything works and where your 24/7 access point is.
Check out is no later than 10am- this gives our cleaning team plenty of time to sanitise and deep clean the cottage for our new guests! A later 11am checkout fee of £15 can be paid to the hosts if you require a longer sleep on morning of departure.
Please be advised that there is no set parking space for the cottage however there is on street parking and a free car park (Grassmere close- near local church) that is 4 minutes walk from the cottage.

The Cottage is a detached dwelling within the grounds of Hoe Farm Cottage. It is accessed via a private farm track at the end of a quiet lane within the unspoilt Hamlet of Flansham. Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways.
Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Mornings, before school can be busy, and we aim to be out at weekends. We try our hardest to keep noise levels low, but our children are 9, 7 and 4. You are in your own space which is attached to the main house. It’s a separate house with its own staircase and all it’s own amenities. Please if you are bringing a pet we ask that they are not on the beds. We love having guests and will do our best to make your stay pleasant. Please ask if there anything which you might need for your stay or anything which will make you more comfortable!

Topsy-Turvy 200yr old fisherman’s cottage, just a stones throw from the beach.
A rather unusual and quirky little cottage where you'll find the living space is upstairs and the bedrooms are downstairs.
A rare find with private outside space, free off street parking and only a 3 minute walk to the beach.
Walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, bars, playgrounds, crazy golf, beach & pier.
The space
Milton Cottage has a bright and airy open plan living space on the first floor. There is a large private balcony through double doors off the kitchen.
The two bedrooms and a bathroom are found on the ground floor, with a super king and a king, which can be 2 singles if required.
Also on the ground floor is a small court yard and off street parking for one car in a car port, max height 1.8m.
All water in the cottage is softened except for the drinking tap which is filtered.
We use eco friendly cleaning products and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash are also eco friendly and chemical free, by Miniml.
Other things to note
Please be aware, this is an old cottage and the internal staircase is STEEP and narrow. It is not suitable for those with accessibility needs.

Stay in our beautiful 1850’s Coastguards Cottage, which has been totally renovated
Being located at the end of the terrace, it has a completely private, but sunny walled garden, yet is a minutes walk from the beach down our private footpath, exiting next to the Lobster Pot restaurant.
Original features are in abundance, and the charm and character of the cottage is totally unique, with the modern finishes of a contemporary home in a superb setting.
The space
Located less than a minutes walk via a private path to the beach. A great base to explore Littlehampton & Brighton to the East... Bognor, Chichester, Goodwood, Portsmouth to the West and close-by Arundel and the South Downs.
There is a high quality modern kitchen, with all the appliances, and kitchen equipment you will ever need.
The Lounge has a cosy wood burning stove, with a bespoke oak fireplace surround. The end wall has been exposed, and the brick patterns make for an interesting feature wall. The TV is a smart fully internet connected LG TV
The beds are super comfy. The king size bed in the main bedroom has a Tempur Memory foam mattress, and Bluetooth speakers in the headboard for playing music, or watching TV. The fireplaces in the bedrooms have been restored, and have the admiralty anchor on them.
The bathroom has a mirror which changes colour, and we have a high end walk in shower. We have installed a combi boiler, so the hot water will never run out!!
The gardens are a very special feature of the cottage. The front garden is totally walled, making it very private. The front garden faces East, but the sun stays on it until late in the afternoon, and our design makes the best use of the space. There is a gas BBQ, a contracting washing line for hanging swimming costumes and towels on, and beautiful rattan garden furniture.
Bed Linen is supplied. However please remember to bring your own bath/beach towels.

The Coach House can be found at the end of our private drive approximately 100 metres from Shripney Lane in the grounds of and adjacent to Shripney Manor an ancient family home in Shripney. There is parking for several cars, a rustic south west facing garden with views across agricultural land. There are fields where you have exclusive access to simply chill-out in the seclusion of your own space. 2½ miles from Bognor Sea Front with it's choice of shop's, restaurant’s and take a way's.

1. Check-in and Check-out Times

2. Security Deposit
A £150 or £250 authorization hold depending on the property you booked will be placed on your card as a security deposit. This will be released within 3-5 working days after check-out, assuming no damage is reported.

Before departing, please ensure the property is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Turn off all lights and securely close all windows and doors.
Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins: red top for recycling, black-top for general waste. No shoes upstairs. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
4. Washing Up
Wash and put away all dishes before leaving. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges.
5. Damage Reporting
Report any damage during your stay or before check-out. Charges will apply for any damages found. Please inspect the property upon arrival, as we conduct inspections before and after your stay.
6. Pet Policy
Pets are allowed with prior notice. An additional charge of £25 applies for small sized pets, £35 for medium sized, and £50 for large sized.

-No smoking inside the house.
- Do not turn-off or plug- out the CCTV module, once violated it is subject to £40 fine.

-Do not tamper or remove the property key off the tether of lock box. This key needs to stay there for ease of access to property for all guests staying at the time and to remain in box at all times. Should the key be removed from tether this will result in a fine of £50 to re-connect the key.
-Any stains or damage will incur charges.

Located less than a 1/4 mile walk from the beach at Aldwick, this former coastguard’s cottage is conveniently located for families and couples looking for a traditional seaside break. Grab the buckets and spades and head to the beach which is an idyllic location for families and any water sports enthusiasts, or those seeking the peace and tranquillity of a waterside retreat.

The seaside town of Bognor Regis is less than 2 miles away and is perfect for exploring the local shops, pier and promenade. For those looking to venture slightly further afield there is the historic city of Chichester to explore with its well-known cathedral and nearby Goodwood House with its many annual events. Keen walkers can explore the coastal footpaths nearby or take a short drive to the South Downs National Park where there are many walks and cycle trails along the South Coast.
The front door of this cottage opens into a hallway with space for dropping off shoes, buckets and spades. To your right is the well-appointed kitchen with everything you may need for creating delicious family meals including a Range-style oven and gas hob, a second electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. From the hallway, a door leads into the lounge/diner where a sofa and two armchairs offer a comfortable place to catch up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV which has Netflix and SkyTV (basic package). A dining table and four chairs provide the perfect place for relaxed family mealtimes. From the lounge/diner head into the conservatory which overlooks the rear garden and enjoys the afternoon sun all year round. Curl up on one of the comfortable chairs or sofa with a good book and while away an afternoon soaking up the sunshine. The ground floor is completed with a cloakroom with WC. Heading upstairs you will find three bedrooms: a double and two singles, all with SkyTV (basic package), and a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
Heading outside there are two secluded sun-trap gardens to enjoy. The front courtyard enjoys the morning sun and is a perfect spot for breakfast at one of the two seating areas. The local High Street (50 metres) offers a good array of independent shops restaurants, cafes and pubs while the train station (0.4 miles) provides direct trains from London to the Coast in under 2 hours.
The space
For keen walkers, it’s close to the South Downs, a great place to enjoy a variety of countryside walks, cycling and horse riding, and just 9 miles from the Goodwood Estate, which hosts numerous motorsports, horse racing, golf and shooting events throughout the year. All within 20 miles are the historical city of Chichester, which is home to the cathedral, Arundel Castle and Petworth House, where you'll find one of the finest National Trust art collections. This recently renovated cottage (Sept 2023) is tucked away from the main road with access via a twitten.
Enter the cosy lounge, which is the heart of the home and has comfortable seating arranged around a Smart TV and electric flame-effect fire, perfect for cosying up on a chilly evening. From the lounge, head into the well-equipped kitchen which has a table and chairs and everything you will need for whipping up delicious family meal before sitting down to dine in the adjoining conservatory, which has large dining table with seating for six, comfortable seating and a Smart TV. A door from the conservatory leads out into the garden. The first of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor, just off the lounge, comprising of a 4ft orthopaedic double bed with adjustable settings, a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room. From the lounge, there is a small hallway with a desk and chair and stairs that lead up to the first floor. There are two further bedrooms on the first floor: a king-size and a twin room, both of which have Smart TVs. These two rooms share the family bathroom, and the washing machine is also located on this floor.
Heading outside, there is a fully enclosed courtyard garden which acts as a sun trap for most of the day. With an outside dining table and six chairs, alongside two recliner chairs, this is the perfect space to enjoy outside entertaining, or just relax with a good book and soak up the sunshine.
