This is to make sure someone is there to check you in. The rooms are above a pub, so there was some noise, noises of plumbing in the other rooms and some street noises. But nothing to spoil the stay and I felt safe. Rooms are accessed via a metal staircase outside the pub. And there were some steps to access rooms. So may not be ideal for people with mobility issues, although I managed. I came by train, which was easier than finding parking in the area. Overall I would recommend a stay here when visiting Bognor. "

Ash cottage was perfect for our needs, had everything you would need for even a longer stay, we only stayed three nights. It was great to play a small part in bringing the cows in too. Lovely local pub, The Gun, down the hill in Findon serving delicious food was a welcome first nights place for dinner. Check in was brilliant with Emma emailing over the clear directions and easy arrival instructions. Check out was just as smooth. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again."
