The staff called to arrange an early taxi pick-up which I greatly appreciated as I only had international data access. The room was super well laid out and clean. The bed and bedding was exceptionally comfortable. I am a very light sleeper, so this and the blackout drapes helped. There is no phone in the room, but there was one in the corridor. Staff were not on hand early in the morning so I had to manoeuvre suitcases down 1 flight of steps. I was able to simply leave keys to checkout. I will stay here again unless I have more luggage. I was travelling with one medium suitcase, one carry-on suitcase and a back pack. Tge wifi worked excellently as well. I will rate this place a 9/10."
