- "Great property, very comfortable and well equipped. Situated in a quiet area. Ideal for visiting friends in local area." - "An ideal base for all sorts of activities Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo" - "A delightful new timber framed cottage with modern facilities, including an en-suite walk-in shower that was a must for our parents. There is also a separate bathroom, with bath, to sooth those acing muscles after hiking the beautiful South Downs, which are a short distance away. There are footpaths and bridleways on the doorstep that I used for my early morning dog walks. If you need an enclosed field to exercise your dog, then there is one to hire just a five minute drive away. The cottage is very clean, especially important in Covid times, which put our 91 and 95 year youngs at rest as soon as we walked in. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we enjoyed having meals on the secluded outside area overlooking the forest. Wi-fi works well and suited our needs to find out about places of interest, etc., though isn't fast enough for streaming videos - an advantage in our opinion. Owners have a 'hands off' approach, but are very friendly and most informative if you need to ask anything. Highly recommended. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo"

- "Very well insulated property & comfortable beds. However, the dining table chairs were extremely uncomfortable & only good for around a 20 minute sit down. Not good if you are in to board games or a card playing session (even after we sat on cushions!). The hosts were very sociable & the location was ideal for our trips out to the the local racecourses. Shops were a bit of a drive away, so we tended to do our shopping whilst visiting other places. Perfect place if you want to "get away from it all""

The cabin is located on our 4 acre plot about 200m from our house with a view of Chanctonbury and a large pond. We are a family with 2 teenagers and 2 friendly dogs and are there to help if needed but far enough away to give you privacy. Steyning high street with its lovely shops, pubs, super markets and tearooms are only 1 mile away. Please note that the dance studio mentioned in the reviews doesn’t exist anymore.
- "We stayed for 5 nights in August and found it a lovely place to have a "get away from it all" stay. The dance studio at the barn was no bother at all - in fact we would play 'guess that tune' to any music we heard. Our stay coincided with the 'One Love' festival down the road which again was no bother with further games if 'Name that tune- reggae style'. The outlook over the lake was lovely and we had regular sightings of the ducks and their ducklings during the day as they waddled their routine rounds. We even saw a deer saunter through the grounds on our first evening there. There are many lovely walks nearby, some of which we explored. After dark we were able to observe the Orionid Meteor shower in the comfort of the decking furniture- fabulous! We had great communication with the owners in spite of them being on holiday themselves. We'd definitely stay again!"
