The house in located on a street just behind the train tracks, but the surrounding neighborhood is safe and pleasant. Its about a 15-18 min walk to the metro (line 13), or a 3min walk to the bus (256) or tram (T5). The nearest boulangerie is a 3min walk and there are several mini food markets within a 3-5 min walk. It is very conveniently located. The host tended to our needs kindly and promptly. He was a very good host."

There are 3 double bedrooms with hotel-quality 160 x 200 cm mattresses, 26 cm thick, for a particularly restful night's sleep. They all have individual bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers, a chair, an armchair and a mirror. One also has a flat-screen TV, a large wardrobe with sliding doors and, above all, a small south-facing terrace. The wooden floor gives the whole room a very cosy feel.

The 4th bedroom has two bunk beds and a pull-out bed, making it ideal for up to 3 children. Nursery equipment is available (high chair, cot, changing mat, baby bath), as well as toys that will appeal to the little ones. A large wardrobe is available for all your personal belongings.
