I love it. It’s cosmopolitan, in and “boho”. My flat is near all traditional shops as well as Indian shops. It's a very safe place where artists and Paris lovers live. Lots of films and series are shot here.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Gare du Nord (lines 4, 5) - just 6 mins away on foot. There's also Château Landon Station (Line 7) just 8 mins away. From these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris!

If you wish to visit other suburbs or regions, hop on the Gare Magenta RER which will take you to various destinations like the CDG Airport (RER B), Disneyland Paris (RER A) and Versailles (RER C).

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 30 mins drive from the flat.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

- "Excellent communication with Maikel. Very helpful and no problems there. Walkable from Gard Du Nord, take 10-15 mins if you are of average fitness. Closest metro is Louis Blanc half a block away The place is up four flights of stairs and corridors are narrow. So not good if you’re elderly or infirmed. We knew this already so not a deal breaker The place is small, really small so if you want space this place is not for you. The shower is small but good water flow and temp. There could be stronger electric fans would be one recommendation for the host, as the apartment can be quite warm in late June. Didn’t use kitchen except fridge and kettle Overall recommended but not for everybody"
