Well-equipped, sunny, sea-view T1 flat on a high floor, a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach.
Very spacious and bright (through terrace, kitchen and main room), this 36 m² flat with high ceilings is on the 3rd and top floor with lift in a charming little building facing the Promenade des Anglais.
Reversible air conditioning for heating and cooling (a duvet and two pillows are provided).
The kitchen is separate from the main room and is equipped with: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
Linen is not included in the rental price, but can be hired on site for €20 if you do not wish to bring your own, as well as end-of-stay cleaning for €30 if you do not wish to do it yourself.
The outside car park (private and secure) can be hired for €4/day.
Arrival time is to be arranged with the owner, who only welcomes guests between 5.30pm and 7pm on weekdays. On weekends not after 7.00 pm (possibility of leaving the keys at the small Casino VIVAL for a payment of 10€).

A supermarket and many small shops are just 2 minutes' walk from the flat.
This one is located after the botanical garden and tram stop FERBER at feet of the residence.

On foot you can go down to the Promenade des Anglais in around 20/25 minutes. For the city center bus 32 in front of the building then either tram or bus 12 on the promenade or on foot along the sea.
If you have your bikes, I can provide you with a secure place.
Our apartment is on the same floor which is convenient if you are missing something. In general, I welcome my tenants who like this apartment since they come back.

Christel met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the complex and provided all the necessary details such as bus routes, nearby shops etc. The apartment itself was extremely well stocked and clean on arrival. The outstanding feature of this apartment has to be the stunning balcony and the views over Nice. The balcony is large and well equiped with a super dining table and chairs with two sun loungers. The early morning sun soon rises above the balcony to provide a lovely shaded area which is very welcome given the temperature in mid August. I don't think you would ever tire of the views from this apartment. Would definitely recommed a car if you want to explore the area although the bus stop is situated a few hundred metres from the apartment complex. Whilst we didn't use the bus during our stay it did appear to be quite a frequent service. The lovely pool area was also very welcome and we used it almost every afternoon to cool off after a morning exploring local villages. Would definitely recommend a visit to Saint Paul de Vence and Eze both a short journey by car. Christel also recommeded an early visit before the arrival of the main tourist buses which was excellent advice. We definitely would stay here again and would throroughly recommend."

On the spot there are some accessories that you do not want to buy or transport: dishwashing liquid, hand soap, toilet paper, cleaning products, sponge, cloth ...

The apartment consists of a main room and a small mezzanine, accessible via a staircase. There is a double bed on the mezzanine. The studio is quite atypical in its configuration: from the living room, there is a staircase that leads first to the shower room and then to the mezzanine. The shower room is spacious, it also hosts shelves, a washing machine and toilets. The apartment is small but nice and very functional.

The studio is bright, nicely furnished and equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, iron and ironing board. Ironing, etc ... The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, a mini-oven, a microwave, a fridge. I provide sheets and towels (but not beach towels!). There is a folding table that allows for seated meals.

Location: in Nice West, just behind the Promenade des Anglais and 2 minutes walk from the sea, 2 km from Nice Côte d'Azur airport, 4.5 km from Nice Ville train station and close to The motorway exit Nice Promenade. The location is ideal, whether you arrive by plane, train or car. Woggles are permitted and can be bought at the closest supermarket for €3. The pool attendant does monitor all of this. The nearby supermarket and patisserie is good. On site restaurant is ok. The specials are very good and reasonably priced. Location- as this is a residential area it is a bit off the main tourist area. However we successfully used Bolt and the trains. All very reasonable. A local well Stocked supermarket is a 10 minute walk. It feels very safe- we walked lots (mainly downhill) and then got a taxi home. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you Christian."
