The sofa bed is of very good quality with a mattress of good thickness. We chose the bed linens with care (cotton percale). A door and a bay window bring a lot of light to the studio. It is very well arranged.
everything is easily accessible. the 7 m2 covered terrace allows you to eat outside.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, range hood, fridge with a small freezer.
The bathroom is large. We provide towels, shower gel, shampoo and a hairdryer.

Come and stay in a farmhouse in adobe, completely renovated in 2023/24, built in the middle of the 19th century, typical of agricultural buildings in the North of Dauphiné.
This farm was one of the many farms in the municipality of Genas, still numerous today. Moreover, the Chalet and the Bastide now occupy the location of the forage storage for the old farm animals.
A horse farm was attached to this farm.

The space
You enter a beautiful living room lit by a large bay window leading onto a private terrace (being set up). The kitchen is equipped and will allow you to prepare good meals and you can dine quietly on a metal standing table, beach tavern style.
A convertible armchair (80x200) with a real 1-place mattress faces the TV.
A separate bedroom with a very cozy decor and a 140x200 double bed will allow you to rest and have a good night's sleep. And finally, a large, very bright bathroom and a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet, will allow you to have a very good time.
