It was clean and spacious for our family. The elevator was quite small but fast. I felt safe in the building and neighborhood."

- "I stayed a month for a summer class at the Sorbonne. The location was great. I rode a bike to class everyday. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean, quiet, & had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves during our week in Paris. The lift was handy (small / 1 person) when arriving & departing w a small suitcase & rucksack, we took the stairs the rest of the time. We arrived on Easter Sun & it was so quiet Sun & Mon (bank holiday) we worried it would get noisier during the week but we needn't have worried as we barely heard a thing all week. The Murphy bed was very comfortable; my spouse has a bad back & knee so we were a bit worried there would be issues but we had none. The wardrobe was very handy & I loved the pull down bar for hanging clothes. Very clever design, & great use of space. The bathroom was grand for 2 of us, & the shower was large given the overall size of the flat, w good water pressure & nice hot water. The kitchen w 2 burner stovetop (no oven), fridge w freezer, toaster, kettle, drying rack, & utensils/dishes/cookware was grand & had everything we needed to cook for ourselves & save a bit of money (dishes/glasses are out in press over by bathroom, took us a moment to find). The hot water unit was brill, & we always had hot water for dishes. Knives were sharp, & everything needed to prepare a meal was there. We were able to take snacks w us when out & about during the day w the storage containers provided. (a blender/Ninja/Nutribullet is the only additional thing that would have been handy for shakes/smoothies but the food processor worked fine for this) Martine gave very clear instructions for check-in & rubbish disposal, & she was lovely to meet the day we arrived & gave us many helpful recommendations. We never turned on the telly so can't comment on it, but WiFi had good signal (last 2 digits were flipped in the login we received but Martine got back to us straight away). The location was fab & the Vavin Metro stop was a few mins walk in 1 direction, w the Raspail Metro stop a few mins walk in the other direction. The Gare Montparnasse was ~15min walk, but could be accessed from either Metro stop. A small shop around the corner towards the Vavin stop was handy for basics & larger Monoprix shop beside Gare Montparnasse did the job for larger food shopping. CityMapper & Bonjour RATP apps are definitely recommended as they made navigating the city & outside locations very handy. We highly recommend Michel's flat & would definitely like to stay there again in future!"

There is also the Pont-Neuf, the oldest bridge in Paris. Southwest of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, rue de Sèvres, you will find the not-to-be-missed Bon Marché, a chic department store housing clothes and fashion accessories from the greatest designers. The nearest Metro to my apartment is Gaîté - Joséphine Baker (line 13) just 1 minute down Av. du Maine. The Montparnasse Vaugirard (Lines 4, 6, 12 and 13) is only 2 minutes away. Furthermore, Montparnasse Vaugirard is also a large hub for city buses and trains leading outside of Paris.

But there is a laundry right down the block. Bottom line: lived staying here for almost three weeks. Would definitely go back."

Welcome to our Roger studio in Paris Montparnasse 14th district!

This 20m² apartment is located on the Ground Floor and includes:

- a separate bathroom with a shower and a towel warmer
- an open kitchen with a large working area
- a living space which also serves as a sleeping area with a very comfortable Queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm).

I own the studio since May 2024 and then I completely renovated it during 4 weeks, which explains the newish look and feel.

The decoration is contemporary with ceiling halogen lighting. The flooring is tiles in the kitchen and bathroom and parquet everywhere else.

Welcome to our modern studio apartment in Paris Montparnasse!

This brand new studio situated on the first floor (walk-up) is 20 square metres in size and composed of:

-a separate bathroom with a large shower and towel heater
- a semi-open kitchen with a large work plan
- a living space that also serves as a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160cmx200cm) and its extra comfortable (25 cm thick) mattress
-Flat screen 32" TV on wall fixture (rotates and swivels) with international channels
-WIFI/Cable ADSL internet access

-Vitro-ceramic hotplates
-Microwave and grill (separate)
-Coffee maker/Toaster
-Loudspeakers

The last freshening took place in April 2024.

The apartment has a contemporary style with tiles in the kitchen and bathroom and parquet flooring in the living area. It is court facing thus quiet.

The apartment is located on Rue du Maine, a street famous for its theatres, and just off Rue de la Gaité with its bustling nightlife (bars and restaurants, like “Le Tournesol").

There is also a small park nearby to enjoy a lazy afternoon.

The apartment is conveniently located in between 3 metro stations: Montparnasse, Gaité and Edgar Quinet. There are 5 metro lines within 2 minutes walk giving you easy access to all the attractions of Paris! If you arrive by car, Porte d'Orléans is your exit. There is a car park 100 metres away.

There are grocery stores just around the corner, and of course bakeries as well.

We can arrange airport pickup or car rental if required and would be glad to provide answers to all your questions.
