It has a hair dryer, washer, extra linens, extra towels, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, table, microwave, and windows that open to the water. Martina met us at the ferry landing close by and took her time showing us around the apartment and giving us recommendations for things to do. This apartment is in a great location, walkable to everything around including museums, shopping, cafes, and great dinner restaurants. We did the Murano glass tour recommended by Martina, and it was the highlight of our Venice stay. "

The Three Terraces was truly one of the most sensational, lavish properties my Boyfriend and I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Truly a jaw dropping property. Refined and sophisticated on the inside with absolutely stunning views on the outside from every terrace. All the amenities you could need were included and then some and we were literally only 30 feet away from a town square which held exceptional eateries and a conveniently located market. Also, it was only about a 15 minute walk to Rialto Bridge and central shopping areas. Our assigned Agent Marco was exceptionally helpful and aided us in getting situated and feeling like locals straight away. It was a truly sensational stay and we could not be happier. - "Beautiful spacious apartment right by Piazza San Marco. Great place to explore the city. The apartment was very clean, beds were super comfortable and linens were hotel standard. Note that elevator opens up to apartment but you need a key so its very safe. The loft is very low but our kids loved it (despite bumping their heads a few times). We loved how spacious it was for Venice. The small rooftop terrace was such a nice treat. Will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Venice. The management company was super responsive and welcoming! Overall an amazing find!"
