Got the impression this place is a work in progress, which is totally fine as it has so much potential. In order to achieve this they need to get the staffing levels correct and get all services up and running. Pool is a big asset. We enjoyed it and would definitely return. Small cottage of thirty square meters surrounded by a little garden, upholstered with grass and in the shade of some mulberry trees.
Outside we have a small space but just to enjoy on the lawn of the refreshing shade, sit on the terrace-gazebo, or on the terrace of the fountain. A circular pool three meters in diameter and less than a meter deep, helps on warmer days.
The interior is distributed in only two volumes. One night area with living room and kitchen and another, toilet with shower. The sleeping area consists of a double sofa-bed and a double bunk with a low single bed

- "I found Caroline to be extremely helpful with booking and advice on car rental etc. Equally helpful was David and was always at hand to give guidance and help. Personally I would have preferred if accommodation was nearer to beach. Had to drive every where. But that is just a personal view. The following I think would help if provided 1. Umbrella for over table at outside of house. Was impossible to enjoy eating outside with sun beaming down 2. No sun loungers for pool 3. Cleaning charge of €60 - bit of joke when we had to strip beds, wash all dishes and leave all laundry in pile on floor. 4. We arrived later than expected as we got lost...very surprised to be asked for €10 extra for late handover of keys 5. No Dishwasher. Overall house cost €100 extra between ESB, Cleaning etc which left it a bit on expensive side. "

In the two bedrooms are double beds, in the third, two comfortable single beds.

For my guests, after additional arrangements, I can also provide services like: transfer from / to airports: Valencia, Alicante, Casellon. I have a minibus that can take 8 people with luggage. Gandia is a charming city, whitch lives the whole year. Beautiful weather, one of the widest beaches on the coast of Valencia on the one side, mountains on the other side and the historical center, make your holiday, interesting not only in the summer season but whole year. For lovers of sunbathing, in Gandia is available one of the widest and most beautiful beaches in this area. Every year, the beach is awarded for quality and blue flags. In the center of the city where is located my apartment are many cafes, restaurants and interesting places to visit. Historical center with the Borja family palace, collegiate church from the 14th century, The Town Hall, The Pine Tower and many others monuments. In thecity area, all year long, take places: fiestas, concerts, parades and celebrations of many local holidays. Gandia is also a great starting point for mountain trips. Around the apartment are a charming park, historical centre and the beautiful Passeig de les Germanies - entertainment center of the city. The location of the apartment makes possible to enjoy: the sunbathing, walk on the beach, the mountains trip, and spending good time out.

Transport
There is a bus stop about fifty meters from the apartment. Due to parking difficulties, in rush season, it is the best transport to the beach. Gandia is a city where you can get around on foot, by bike or by scooter. It's a place where it is close to everywhere. For my guests, I also offer the possibility of renting a car or transport.
