No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. The house has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard with marble floors throughout, elegant chandelier light fittings and modern art. No expense has been spared to create this beautiful villa. The villa comprises a large open plan reception area with Smart TV/full international satellite/CD etc and modern furnishings. There is high speed wi-fi internet access throughout. There is a further lounge area with exceptional sea views as well a large dining area. The master bedroom has a super king (1.8m) bed and is en-suite with a claw foot bath, the views are fantastic. The walls are adorned with original modern art and Tom Dixon chandeliers hang from the ceiling. The French room has two doubles and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and great sea views. There is a well equipped kitchen with kettle, microwave, oven, toaster and American fridge freezer etc. Outside there is a private pool, with ample sun loungers and a large day-bed, lush gardens and an outside dining area and BBQ. The area around the pool has been renovated in March 2019 and has been enlarged and is now covered in composite decking that has created a much more spacious and modern environment that makes full use of the incredible sea views.

his very spacious fully fitted Villa is ideal for large groups and family reunions. The garden boasts a large pool and sun area with bar, bbq and outdoor jacuzzi. Situated in a private residential area about 5 km outside of Benidorm with easy and economic taxi access to the city nightlife and beaches.

The first floor has a large salon-diner with terraces and views over the sea and the mountains and a fully fitted kitchen. Full central heating and chimney hearth. There is no air conditioning in the salon-diner but good sea breezes due to elevation and large double doors opening on both sides. All bedrooms now have air conditioning.

The twelve double bedrooms (one is a triple) all have their own bathroom with bath and/or shower, wash basin and WC. We provide hand, shower and pool towels.

Villa Mila is a cosy villa perfect for family-holidays throughout the whole year. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Four bedrooms are located in the villa. Two bedrooms are located in two separately standing pool-houses. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the master bedroom is also connected to another (second) bedroom, which has 2 single beds and the possibility to add a children's bed. Both rooms have beautiful seaviews.

Both the third as well as the fourth bedroom have 2 single beds and share another bathroom.

The fifth bedroom is very big. It has a king-size bed and offers space for another (children's) bed. It has a beautiful seaview and a bath-room ensuite. This bedroom is located in a poolhouse.

The sixth bedroom is a bit smaller. It also has a bathroom ensuite and two single beds, which can be connected. This bedroom is located in the second poolhouse.

- "Just spent 2 wonderful weeks at this beautiful casa. It has everything you could wish for and we wanted for nothing. So much space in the casa and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The pool is incredible, the gardens spacious, quiet & safe surroundings. A perfect place to relax and unwind with family. The 45 min drive from Alicante airport was easy and stress free. The local beach, which really is only a 4 minute walk, is golden sand & the sea warm. The walk around the coast line is great for an early morning walk (me) or run (husband and daughter). The promenade links to another lovely beach, and another, and another! The only downside was the lack of a beach bar on the beach ( but think this was only temporary for this year) and limited eating places but that really didn’t bother us as we cooked on the bbq and enjoyed the tranquility of the outdoor area at the casa. But if you go treat yourself to meal at the Lobster Restaurant about a 25 minute walk along the coastline walkways- incredible food! There is a local supermarket which is easy walking distance which is really well stocked and the staff are so helpful and friendly- we only went to the larger supermarket once when we arrived. All in all just what we were hoping for for our family holiday!"

This Villa was designed with a real preparation and capacity for 12 + 4 = 16 including large sofa's and capability to sit, eat & enjoy together... and more smaller places to break out. We can add up to 4 cots and have bed-bumpers etc for the toddlers.

Each of the 5 Bedrooms have their private air conditioning, also in the living room and kitchen.

5 Bedrooms have the ability to either: separate the beds, or to move/tie the beds together as one bed: tell me the lay-out combination you want.
We can add separate beds in 3 bedrooms and have a cot and crib available as well as high chairs , potty, baby-bath, cups-n-plates, safety swimming vests, cots and bed bumpers for 4 babies/toddlers/infants.

The living room has a large sofa-bed with Good Quality sleeping and dark curtains to keep the light out.

The Terrace has under the sunroof a breakfast area for 10 and under the pergola next to the pool another eating area next to the stone BBQ for 20+ people. The living room has an inside dining area for 12 but you will use inside areas mostly during the winter time as it's outside mostly sunny and nice.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

The house is equipped with a 60 inch television, satellite receiver with Dutch Canal-Digital, wifi internet, TV+DVD. Denon Home Cinema. We also installed a British Satellite receiver which has the capability to see all 1000+ open British channels.

In the 5 Bathrooms and in several bedrooms there is a make-up mirror with a good quality hair dryer so that you don't need to bring your own.

Your reservation becomes confirmed upon payment of your refundable non-cancellable Security Deposit. Refund will happen after check-out & end-inspection upon settlement of any breakages, excessive cleaning where applicable, and usage of electricity and gas if any.

The 2nd bedroom has full size twin beds, wardrobes and lots of storage. Separating the bedrooms is the family bathroom with large shower and high quality fittings.

The villa is detached with a south facing pool (sun all day!!) A remote controlled gate accesses the property with plenty of space for secure parking. The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden with palm trees. The pool is kidney shaped with an outside shower. The terrace overlooking and surrounding the pool provides high quality sun beds plus a nearby table with 6 chairs under a covered outside naya suitable for meals during the day including BBQ. There are shaded areas around the property if you need to take a break from the sun. Towards the end of the day when all the other villas are going into the shade, Casa Inés is still enjoying the sunshine into the evening, so you get full use of the pool all day!

The main living area is on the first floor of the villa with 2 bedrooms both equipped with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom is located opposite the bedrooms with a large basin and a walk in shower.
