Wonderful luxury Villa with fantastic sea view and close to various beaches. The Villa is on a dead end road within walking distance to the sea (Cala Advocat), between Moraira and Calpe. Restaurants, bars, supermarket and shops are just minutes by car. The Villa has an electric gate which guarantees safety and complete privacy. Within the gate there is parking for 2 cars. Built on 2 levels with a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. That makes this Villa very suitable for 2 families or a group of friends of 10 people in total. Grandpa, grandma with children and grandchildren also have a great holiday. For the little ones we also have 2 baby beds and high chairs so that the total can be 12 people. On the upper terrass you find the sauna and a marvelous jacuzzi overlooking the sea. The Villa is not rented separately, so only as a group of people who know each other. The lower terrace has a large swimming pool (50 m2) which is heated in the wintermonths when necessary. Then it always has a comfortable 25°C watertemperature. The front access to the property is just a short distance from the electric gated driveway, suitable for 2 cars, and up a flight of stairs on to the top tiled terrace with a secure door for access to the road. A welcoming wooden front door provides entrance to the property and to a large porch with a double glass interior French door. Through the double glass doors, you enter the spacious living room.

LIVING AREA
The spacious living room contains a large L shaped leather sofa and two one seater leather armchairs, large flat screen Smart TV, free to view TV box, DVD player, coffee table and gas fireplace. There is one large ceiling air conditioning unit for heating/cooling covering a large area of the property.

A staircase from the corridor leads down to the bedrooms and bathrooms. This comprises of three bedrooms with King size beds. The main bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe and French doors leading out to the garden and pool area. The other two bedrooms have built in sliding wardrobes.
All bedrooms have built-in bedside cabinets and dressing tables, bedside lights, remote-controlled air-conditioning for heating/cooling and flat screen TV’s with free to view tv boxes.
Two bedrooms share a bathroom downstairs which consists of a bath/shower toilet and double sink with storage. The other bedrooms share the bathroom upstairs.

THE GARDEN + OUTSIDE KITCHEN
The garden consists of electric secure sliding gates and a tiled driveway suitable for two/three vehicles. The garden is on two levels with steps from the outside seating area down to the pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. The stairs are child friendly with a locked gate and mesh netting.
There is a large wooden gazebo equipped with material roller blinds suitable for all year-round use, chill-out area with a soothing waterfall, bean bags, L shaped sofa, flat screen TV with free to view box, surround sound, WIFI and nighttime lights for those relaxing evenings.
The outside kitchen comprises of a gas BBQ and under counter fridge.

For further security and peace of mind, the villa is equipped with smoke detectors, first aid kits, fire extinguishers and fire blankets.

The swimming pool is also secured with two wooden gates one at the top by the gazebo and another down the bottom by the utility room.

Here it is hot in the summer. That's why the 10 x 5 meter pool is very important. It is newly renovated, so as new, and is constantly well maintained.

Our house has two apartments. Both apartments are rented either together - or if only the upper apartment is rented for four people, the lower apartment remains unlet. Never share the house so with strangers.

The larger apartment (88 sqm) consists of 2 double bedrooms with single beds. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. The apartment includes a large living room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (cupboards, gas cooker, large fridge, microwave, dishes). For the few cool days of the year in a gas-fired fireplace oven cassette is installed, donates the heat. Both the living room and the kitchen there is access to the open terrace.

The lower, smaller apartment (for two to three persons) consists of a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Casa Libra is a substantial detached villa on a very large plot of 1600m2. It is located in a quiet location with wonderful views. Known as "Buena Vista"

Just a few minutes drive from several beaches and coves, offering restaurants and evening entertainment

Entering via electric gates to a long driveway providing ample parking for at least 6 cars.

Four steps leading up to the main door that opens into a spacious bright hallway you will find the first ensuite to the right..

Moving from the hallway there is the 2nd ensuite on the left. From the Hallway, the sweeping staircase leads to the 1st floor up to a large landing which used as an open office, three are 3 kingsize bedrooms and a separate bathroom, Bath, WC, shower cubical, storage cabinet and towel rails.
Bedroom 4 with its amazing view, opens onto a large terrace with a small table and lounger and chairs. From the terrace, a sweeping external staircase lead down to the pool terrace and a selection of seatings and shaded areas.

The second floor is reached via an external spiral staircase from the terrace, there you'll find a large sun terrace with 360 degree views and the entrance to a beautiful large room with two single beds, and a Zebed and portable AirCon.

Continue from the hall to a very large kitchen, you will be pleased to find an abundance of mod cons, BBQ utensils, and safety plates and glasses to use outdoors. There is ample cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils. It comes with blender, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, gas hob, oven and fridge freezer.

There is also a granite breakfast bar, stools. A separate utility room which offers more storage, an extra fridge for drinks, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

You exit through patio doors into a large Naya to be greeted with the Swimming Pool,11 x 6 metre . Our motto is "Who is the first to jump in" Depending on the time of year visit. you could feast yourself on grapes, oranges, apricots, figs, olives and pomegranate. There are array of flowers grown in the garden.

There is a very large reception room with a feature fireplace and a huge TV offering Spanish, German and British Sky TV. Bluetooth Music Tower, 12 seater dining table and Chairs, Floor and table lamps and Wall paintings and Silk planters.

There is top of the range gas barbecue, 12 seater dinning table and chair a Solar Shower to wash off the excess tanning lotion before dipping in the pool.

The villa benefits from gas central heating, air conditioning throughout, double glazed windows with insect screens and manual security shutters operated internally.

There is plenty of outside space both around the pool and in the garden where there are both Games areas and many quiet areas and a suspended double bed for extra relaxation. The pool benefits from sun from dawn to dusk. The size of the plot means that noise from neighbouring properties is unlikely to affect your enjoyment, and neither should you affect theirs.

Pepe La Sal, supermarket is only 3 mins drive. Head inland and you can quickly find some lovely restaurants.

Casa Libra is situated just on the outskirts of Moraira in the peaceful area known locally as Bena-Vista, a beautiful part of the Northern Costa Blanca. It is just 5 minutes drive from Moraira town and literally 1000 mtrs. from the beach. The local towns of Javea, Denia and Calpe are only a short drive away along very picturesque roads.

Benissa Coast is perfectly place to enjoy the whole area 10 mins drive and it has a good array of shops and supermarket, banks, Fridays market.
Moraira is 5 minutes drive away, here you will find everything you will need, and lots of place to eat.
Beaches- depending on what you like, fantastic sandy beach in Moraira, there you will find aqua bouncy castles and Pedalos snorkelling, Canoes, kayaks, beautiful coves. There is a different location for every day, so many places to choose from.

If you want to enjoy the surroundings, there is breath taking walk along the cost from Moraira to Calp, You will have some of your best views of rock coves and there is an abundance of wildlife and nature to see along the way.
Or you can climb the Iconic rock at Calpe, wear sensible shoes
Highly recommended . Take a trip to Algar Waterfalls cascading down the rocks into natural pool, the entire area is nature reserve.

Why we Choose Casa Libra
We had holidayed in the area with the family for many years and decided that we would like to own a property in Spain. Knowing the area so well we felt that it would be very difficult to find a more perfect area than Moraira as it has pretty much everything to offer for pretty much anybody. We wanted to find a large villa that allowed us to have the perfect family holidays and to also be able to invite friends and family to stay with us too while we holiday.

The most important thing we wanted was to find a villa that allowed us all to be together during the stay without someone being "tucked" away from the rest of the family, while cooking or in the pool for example, and having 8 children and 6 grand children.

it was also important to be able to keep any eye on the children. We viewed many properties over 20 properties in a week but as soon as we saw Casa Libra we knew immediately that this was our perfect holiday villa - it ticked all the boxes and we are ecstatic about our Villa. About Los Arcos…

Set in the wonderfully relaxing, upmarket urbanisation of San Jaime, our family-friendly Villa is a 5-minute drive from the town of Moraira and sleeps 4-6 people comfortably. Los Arcos is perfect for family holidays or couples alike. The apartment bedroom (Bedroom 3) is accessed off the terrace, making it ideal for teenagers or couples wanting a little more independence.

Outside…

Los Arcos enjoys a peaceful and secluded setting, with far reaching views over the distant hills. Sitting in a large private 1100sqm plot, it is surrounded by mature gardens consisting of several landscaped areas to the front and sides of the villa. It is planted with orange, lemon and olive trees, mature palm trees and bougainvilleas, which give a distinctive Mediterranean feel to the garden. Beautifully illuminated at night by a range of coloured spotlights, it adds a little magic to the evenings during your wonderful Spanish holiday.

The main terrace contains the 8m by 4m pool (which can be heated for an additional €200 during cooler months), the outside naya, the summer kitchen with BBQ, dining table and chairs – all with wonderful panoramic views. The pool can be lit at night, making it ideal for an evening swim. There is a CD player with a range of CDs in the summer kitchen, to help create special holiday memories on the terrace, dancing the night away under the stars!

A two-person hot tub is situated in a delightful turret next to the summer kitchen. Perfect for relaxing after a hard day sunbathing! Beyond the hot tub is a newly fitted cloakroom with a toilet and sink, ideal for use while you’re outside. In here you’ll also find a selection of pool toys/floats. Grab the deckchairs and cooler box and head to the beach – if you can manage to tear yourself away from the terrace!

Inside…

The villa has a newly renovated kitchen, incorporating an American fridge freezer which dispenses crushed ice at the touch of a button - a must for cocktail making! It has a Nespresso machine and wine cooler, along with all the regular kitchen essentials such as a dishwasher and washing machine.

The lounge is a lovely airy room, with exposed beams and leather sofas. There is a cupboard full of DVDs, books and games for all ages. Sky TV, all the regular UK channels and WiFi mean you can stay connected with the outside world should you wish! Air conditioning will keep you cool during the hot summer months.

The dining room is accessed through an archway in the lounge and has seating for 6 people.
The stone feature wall has dimmable LED lighting, which creates a lovely warm feel in the evenings. The patio doors lead out onto the naya and the terraces beyond.

The traditional Spanish style bathroom is well equipped with ‘his and hers’ sinks, bright LED lighting, plenty of storage space and a chrome heated towel rail. The bath has handgrips and a powerful shower with a glass screen enclosure at one end.

The main bedroom (bedroom 1) next to the dining room has a super-king sized bed. Patio doors lead onto the naya, with far reaching views of the mountains beyond. Bedroom 3 (the studio apartment) is accessed down steps off the naya, through its own front door. Ideal for couples or teenagers, it can also be configured as a super king or 2 single beds. A small kitchenette with a sink and fridge are ideal for making a morning coffee while the others are still sleeping! Built in wardrobes provide plenty of storage and the bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and sink. Air conditioning keeps you cool during the hot months. It has direct access to its own terrace with spectacular hillside views, as well as access to the swimming pool, large main terrace and outside dining and BBQ area, via a set of steps.

The surrounding area…

A short drive from Los Arcos, the three main local sandy beaches have been awarded the prestigious EEC Blue Flags for cleanliness. They are well-tended and very safe for family bathing. There are beach bars, children's play areas, a large inflatable play area in the sea and there is free beach side parking. El Portet beach with its calm turquoise shallow water and golden sand is perfect for a day at the seaside.

For those travelling without children, Moraira is the perfect civilised adult getaway! There are many beautiful quiet beaches and coves along the coastline to discover. A stunning marina is home to Club Nautico – perfect for early evening cocktails. In the town, along the coast road and within the area’s hidden coves there are a large variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget - whether it's for a relaxing lunch, pre-dinner drink or special evening meal. As the sun goes down, relax in one of the many cafe bars and watch the sea and stunning views along the coastline towards Calpe.

For those into their cycling, the area is a favourite for winter training with professional cycling teams. La Vuelta pro road cycling race regularly passes through Moraira.

For those into their golf, Ifach Golf course is no more than a five minute stroll or a nine-iron away from Los Arcos. It’s a warm and welcoming course with a well recommended adjacent restaurant complete with its own private pool for relaxing.

If you want to make the most of those waking hours then tennis, squash, water sports, boat hire and trips, scuba diving for all levels, horse-riding, quad-biking, go-kart racing tracks for both adults and children are all easily available.

Moraira is now one of the most exclusive and pleasant places to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca. It has all the charms of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards, and at the same time has grown to offer everything to those that stay here. The streets are a mix of quaint cobbled narrow alleys and modern avenues lined with palm trees and fountains.

For those wishing to explore further, the beautiful village of Altea is around a 30 minute drive along the coast and the incredible, buzzing city of Valencia is just over an hour away.
