The holiday villa, built in the Moorish style, is detached, largely secluded and surrounded by a Mediterranean, fenced-in garden with 1600 square meters. There you will find a wonderful population of palm, lemon, orange and fig trees. Also available for our guests to consume. The villa complex offers a wonderful view of the sea and the Sierra de Bernia (1130m). The secluded pool ( 7x3 meter) is located directly in front of the covered main terrace with a built-in grill station. The villa is modernly furnished and has a living space of 230 square meters. The spacious living room leads to the divided dining area and the cozy fireplace room with wood grill. A spiral staircase leads to the upper tower room (walk-through room) with a separate bathroom and via the large roof terrace to the 4th bedroom. The 4th bedroom has no central heating. The two lower bedrooms have air conditioning and private bathrooms. The urbanization has its own source so there is no shortage of water even in summer. The short road to the villa has been freshly paved and is easily accessible despite a gradient of approx. 20%. The villa is ideal for families and is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults.

- "This is the second time we are coming in two years. The villa is quiet and functional. The pool is incredible: as it can be closed at night, the water can be very warm, and when open, the roof protects from the sun (very useful for kids notably, but not only). The garden is very nice. The location is quite perfect, close to Altea and Calp while being away from the noisy areas. We had some minor issues in the house when we arrived (things that are expected to happen in the life cycle of such a property) but the owner was available real-time and had all issues fixed in 24 hours. So this definitely still deserves a high recommendation and a 5 stars rating."

We had a few teething problems when we first arrived as had not been rented out over the winter as had been newly refurbished last summer. The managing agent Jose Ana could not do enough for us! As soon as we called her she was at the villa the same day to put right! I cannot highlight enough how professional & helpful she was! The villa is well equipped, beds are extremely comfortable & there is plenty of out door space with the pool and unbelievable view being the main attractions. The location is amazing with the Old Town 10 minutes away & 15 minutes from the sea front. Altea is the most prettiest of towns along that stretch of coast! I would definitely recommend this villa to families or adults only and we will definitely be back."

The urbanization in which this house is located is very quiet, the first street that leads to the sea consists of the best beach bars in the town and is only a 15-minute walk away.

- "The location was perfect. We had 3 kitchens, 2 of which were completely empty. In the main kitchen (this house was available for 8 people) we had 2 teaspoons, a minimum of cutlery, glasses, etc. We even had to buy matches to light the stove. For a stay of 16 days for 6 people we received 2 towels per person and also 1 kitchen towel. There was a dishwasher with 2 soap tabs. There was a washing machine where we also got 2 tabs, but unfortunately we even had to buy washing pins. We had bad wifi, no television and no radio, It gave us the impression that we have paid a lot for the view, but otherwise this is not advisable. We even had to refill the pool a few times with water because the filter sucks air which, in our case is not due to the swimming itself but to what I suppose to be a leak."

This 227㎡ modern duplex is located in a quiet residential area, just 5 minute walk from the ocean. It has two terraces, one is leading to the living room and the other is the sun terrace on the top floor. Both has outdoor table and sofa, you will be able to spend hours enjoying the sunlight or having breakfast, lunch or dinner with gorgeous view. Just laying down in the sofa, basking in the sun doing nothing is blissful moment.

The living and dining room has a large sofa set and dining table for 6 people. 42 inch TV with Netflix, Apple TV, Chrome cast. There are some boardgames and cards in the cabinet, feel free to uses them and have fun! It must be a wonderful memory.

The outdoor private pool is just for you. With a private protection, it’s not visible from the street. It opens during the whole year but it’s not heated. Water may be cold during the winter season, however we enjoy the pool except December through March.

The terrace around the pool, you will be able to enjoy barbecue with grill or make paella. Outdoor table and chairs available.

The kitchen has everything you need! With cooking tools, plats, dishwasher, microwave, induction oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, blender, kettle, and espresso machine. I’m sure that cooking at home must be one of the good experiences of staying at a rental house.

The pool table and TV lounge is down stairs. Bathroom is in the same floor.

This villa has been fully renovated in 2023 and features both sea and mountain views from the house. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen, two terraces, and enjoy the privacy of the fully separate casita.

The Space:
The villa is composed of a main house with the kitchen, two bedrooms two bathrooms as well as a separate casita with its own bathroom.

The main house is on two levels, with a queen (160cm) bed on the main floor and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find the master suite with ensuite bathroom (shower plus bathtub), 180cm kingsize bed, and roof top terrace overlooking the Mediterranean sea. There is also a large 4K TV with a couch that converts into a small bed for 1-2 people.

In the outside you have access to our swimming pool, another terrace with large outdoor couch and outdoor dining area in our exterior kitchen which includes a sink, beverage fridge, and electric plancha grill.

The casita has its own private entrance and is located just 1 meter from the main house, it includes a large 180cm king bed with ensuite bathroom that includes shower and its own water heater.

We have on property parking for 3-4 cars and any additional cars can be parked at the end of our driveway in the road without any issues.

You will have access to the entire space with the exception of a few locked closets.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in the El Paradiso urbanization. This unique location is just 10-15 minutes from both the beautiful beaches and center of Altea. You also are nestled right in the Sierra Bernia mountains and can start hiking about a 5 minute walk from our house. Your closest services are in Altea La Vella which is about 5 minutes away by car and includes restaurants, supermarkets, cafes etc.

Getting Around:
You really need a car to make the most of the area, although if you have eBikes those would be more than suitable as well.
