The holiday villa, built in the Moorish style, is detached, largely secluded and surrounded by a Mediterranean, fenced-in garden with 1600 square meters. There you will find a wonderful population of palm, lemon, orange and fig trees. Also available for our guests to consume. The villa complex offers a wonderful view of the sea and the Sierra de Bernia (1130m). The secluded pool ( 7x3 meter) is located directly in front of the covered main terrace with a built-in grill station. The villa is modernly furnished and has a living space of 230 square meters. The spacious living room leads to the divided dining area and the cozy fireplace room with wood grill. A spiral staircase leads to the upper tower room (walk-through room) with a separate bathroom and via the large roof terrace to the 4th bedroom. The 4th bedroom has no central heating. The two lower bedrooms have air conditioning and private bathrooms. The urbanization has its own source so there is no shortage of water even in summer. The short road to the villa has been freshly paved and is easily accessible despite a gradient of approx. 20%. The villa is ideal for families and is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults.

- "This is the second time we are coming in two years. The villa is quiet and functional. The pool is incredible: as it can be closed at night, the water can be very warm, and when open, the roof protects from the sun (very useful for kids notably, but not only). The garden is very nice. The location is quite perfect, close to Altea and Calp while being away from the noisy areas. We had some minor issues in the house when we arrived (things that are expected to happen in the life cycle of such a property) but the owner was available real-time and had all issues fixed in 24 hours. - "We hired this villa for 4 months from 1st February to 31st May! We had a few teething problems when we first arrived as had not been rented out over the winter as had been newly refurbished last summer. The managing agent Jose Ana could not do enough for us! As soon as we called her she was at the villa the same day to put right! I cannot highlight enough how professional & helpful she was! The villa is well equipped, beds are extremely comfortable & there is plenty of out door space with the pool and unbelievable view being the main attractions. The location is amazing with the Old Town 10 minutes away & 15 minutes from the sea front. Altea is the most prettiest of towns along that stretch of coast! I would definitely recommend this villa to families or adults only and we will definitely be back."
