Our holiday home Casa Elan is located in the quiet and preferred villa district of Marquesa II on the slopes of the Montgo in Denia on the Costa Blanca.
On a completely fenced, sunny and barely visible plot of almost 800 m² with a wonderful sea view, a completely renovated villa in the typical Spanish, cosy architectural style with upscale furnishings awaits you.
With only a few steps, Villa Casa Elan is almost at ground level despite its hillside location and is therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The approx. 115 m² of living space is divided into a spacious living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a conservatory, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa is equipped with a total of four hot/cold air conditioning units and also has a gas fireplace, which provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings or in the winter months in addition to central gas heating.

Free WLAN is included in the offer. And of course the corresponding 300 MBit/s internet connection.

All windows have fly screens and electric shutters for your convenience. There are also fly-screen doors to the patio and conservatory.

The living room offers comfortable, light-coloured leather sofas with relax function and a new flat screen TV. A SONOS Beam provides the right sound, whether for the TV, the Blu-Ray player or for your music stream.

There is a Sonos One in the conservatory. There is another music system in bedroom 3. This offers Airplay, classic radio or a CD and USB connection.

Since spring 2018, the Casa has had a completely new kitchen, equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a gas hob with oven and a microwave. Beautiful crockery along with plenty of pots and pans, as well as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, hand blender, egg cooker, ... complete the furnishings.

Both bathrooms were completely renovated in 2021.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms ensures pleasant temperatures and built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space. One bedroom was equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80m * 2m) in 2023, it has another flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.9 m / 2 m each), which can be pushed together to form another double bed as required. A 1.5 m / 2 m queen-size bed in the third bedroom completes the sleeping arrangements for six people. Another bathroom has a shower.

From the living room, a fully glazed conservatory with fantastic views over the town and the sea, furnished with a rattan seating area, leads to the pool terrace with comfortable sun loungers. The private, well-kept kidney-shaped swimming pool is very large at 5 x 10 metres and can be safely accessed via a Roman staircase with railings. There is also an outdoor shower for refreshment in between. The pool terrace was extended in 2022 and a Hotspring Jetsetter LX whirlpool provides additional relaxation.

If you like the sun, the approx. 35 m2 sun terrace on the garage roof, which can be reached via a staircase, is just right for you. There is a large, custom-built outdoor barbecue and two seating areas in the inner courtyard, where cosy barbecue evenings are guaranteed. The secluded plot is located in a purely residential neighbourhood on a small road with little traffic and is overgrown with oleander hedges, flowering shrubs and palm trees. It is secured by an electric gate. Your car can be parked in the carport, which also has an electric gate. There is also enough space for another car. Should you feel the need to do your laundry in between, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. An ironing board and iron complete the facilities.

For your daily needs, there is a small centre about 700 m downhill with two restaurants and cafés, a small supermarket with fresh bread every day and a pharmacy. About one kilometre up the Montgo, you are already surrounded by beautiful nature and can enjoy undisturbed hiking or your sporting ambitions by bike.

You can book laundry packages if required. These cost €17.50 per person and include bed linen and 2 small and 2 large towels.

We are pleased to present our large house near the beach with a gigantic pool with chill-out and a beach entrance into the pool (no heated pool), large jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, four bedrooms with 4 bathrooms en suite, huge terrace, large living room with open kitchen and large carport .

It is only 450 m from the sandy beach.

At the bottom of the house, you enter the large, sunny living room with open kitchen and cooking island through the entrance. To the right of the flight is the kitchen which is well equipped with a new induction hob on the island, a miele dishwasher, washing machine, LARGE BOSCH fridge freezer, microwave and small appliances.

You get through the covered terrace to the large pool area and the outdoor kitchen and garden.

Two bedrooms lead off the living room, each with a bathroom en suite (shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet) and a small guest bathroom.

The stairs take you to the upper area with access to the large roof terrace with beautiful mountain views. There are also 2 bedrooms upstairs; the smaller one with pool view and bathroom en suite with shower, the large master bedroom with integrated bathroom has its own terrace access, a corner whirlpool bath with LED lighting and shower, bidet, sink and toilet.

All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning cold/warm. In winter, the house is heated with underfloor heating, which is operated using a heat pump.

Outside you can relax on the hammock, have a barbecue in the outdoor barbacoa, refresh yourself in the 15 x 4.5 m pool with beach entrance and extra seats with a massage or loungers relaxed in the garden on one of the loungers.

It is only 400 m to the next restaurant, for example the Cafe Soles with its rustic style, international cuisine and delicious lunch. The nearest supermarket is only 450 m and the beautiful sandy beach of Denia-las Marinas is only 500 m.

The house has shutters inside or blackout curtains, mosquito nets on the windows, air conditioning, and of course internet.

The rental price includes towels, bed linen, water, pool service and garden service. In addition, 105 kW of electricity per week is free; beyond that, each kwh is charged at 0.40 euros. In winter, the heating costs are exclusive and will be charged according to consumption.

Extras on request at extra cost: bike rental, baby package, transfer for up to 6 people to and from Alicante or Valencia airport, a private cook, a private masseur, a DJ for birthdays, etc.

We found Aldi for our shopping which is about 15 mins walk 5 mins in a car a local pub called rock bar with a basic menu but food was spot on and the drinks are cheap that’s about 15 mins walk also the staff have limited English but we’re so lovely we went back a few times just for drinks . We didn’t take our car out the whole holiday we walked to the harbour which is about 40 mins but no hills there’s a lovely bbq restaurant reasonable prices for steak etc at the harbour called Fuego defo recommend a visit also walked opposite direction there are more bars with pool table darts etc but it’s quite expensive and take about 30 mins to walk there. I spoke to Agna a few times via phone she’s so helpful wanted extra gas bottle and it arrived like magic on the drive although we didn’t need it in the end there was enough in the one we had already. Would I recommend definitely will we be returning we will, never had a villa holiday before and this was so good will defo do t it again xx"

The house is built in the midst of a 800 m² property and offers a fantastic view of the sea, the port of Denia, the historic Castello and the mountain Montgò. Modern holiday villa, recently new built in 2017, with private pool in Denia, on the Spanish Costa Blanca, not far from the harbour and the beach Marineta Cassiana. The holiday property "Tortuga verde" consists of 3 floors: on the middle floor you can find the living area, kitchen and one bedroom with adjoining bathtoom, as well as guest toilet. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and a complete bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom with shower, toilet and a utility room. The property was completed in January 2018 and all furniture and fittings are new. The spacious, open living area with large open kitchen and direct access to the covered terrace with large dining area, are ideal for relaxing holidays with family and friends. The outdoor area offers a new swimming pool and a portable barbecue, as well as a plot of differentlevels with Mediterranean plants. Theharbour La Marina de Denia, as well as theclose sandy beach Marineta Cassiana can be reached in 5 minutes by car, the center of Denia in 10 minutes by car.

Comfortable holiday home with capacity for 6 people, located in a quiet residential area on the Montgó mountain, Denia. A charming house surrounded by lawn and Mediterranean garden, with a private pool and impressive views of the sea and surroundings. The holiday home has been recently renovated and has all the essential amenities such as open kitchen, air conditioning, internet, new mattresses and pillows, etc. The tranquil pool terrace offers a beautiful setting with plenty of sun to relax and enjoy a holiday with family and friends.
