Our host Floris was a great and happy guy, explaining everything we needed to know about the area etc. There was a downside this was the television it had no English programmes, you could stream but this was quite a challenge if you are not technically minded, there was no radio/ DVD player which would have been appreciated when you were staying in on an evening due to bad weather. - "We spent 11 nights here at the end of February. Isabel was the perfect host and kept in touch throughout our stay with valuable recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Her English is a little faltering but a lot better than our Spanish! The apartment has everything you could possibly need and was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything a couple could possibly need including a cool box, bags for the supermarket, beach chairs and an umbrella It is very well positioned a 5 minute walk down to the seafront promenade and 5 minutes up to the old town square. It is also well placed for the tram which we used on several occasions to see the surrounding towns along the northern Costa Blanca. Altea itself is handily placed for getting around but not recommended for those with mobility issues. The pool is actually a community facility for which you receive a key but it is very nearby and visible from the balcony. There is an allocated parking spot in the underground car park directly opposite. The balcony is very small and wasn't much use to us as in February it lost the sun late morning but it would be more usable later in the season and does provide a view of the sea as you can see from the website. We found the bed to be just a tad firm but that seems to be commonplace on the continent (probably just we Brits getting soft). We would definitely stay here again on any return visit."

It was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed, there were 4 of us 2 adults 2 grown up children and there was more than enough room for us all. Check in and check out were straightforward, our deposit was returned quickly and Estela was in regular contact before we arrived answering any questions that we had. The pool and the gardens at the apartment are lovely for relaxing and never got busy, some days we were the only ones there. The beach is quiet also. There was a good choice of bars and restaurants at the marina, we needed a car only to get to the supermarket and used it also to visit Altea and Javea which are both nearby. We were also able to hire a boat at the marina which is a good way to see the coastline. The concierge at the apartments was very helpful when we had a flat battery on the car even though it was time for him to finish he came with some jump leads and stayed until the car was running. Overall it was a fabulous 2 weeks, thankyou Estela !"

This luxurious, modern and spacious apartment on the beach of 110 m² in the building 'Oden' is a very comfortable apartment for 4 people. The apartment has a luxurious interior. The spacious living room has an open kitchen and a dining and sitting area. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances. In the large bedroom there are 2 single beds (placed next to each other, not movable). The small bedroom has a queen bed (1.80 x 2.00m). Both bedrooms have their own bathroom en suite, the master bedroom has a very spacious bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms, but no central air conditioning throughout the house.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has a terrace overlooking the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. The building has a communal roof terrace with views of the historic center of Altea.
The building is situated in a unique location, right on the beach and offers the best view of the sea. The shopping area and the boulevard are just a 10-minute walk away. Water shoes are recommended for the pebble beaches in Altea. Near the building you will find the small river 'Rio Algar', which offers beautiful walking routes that lead to the boulevard and the old town of Altea. During the summer period, next to the building, there is a 'Chiringuito', called 'Bon Vida', where you can enjoy delicious tapas and cold beer and drinks.

We had a few teething problems when we first arrived as had not been rented out over the winter as had been newly refurbished last summer. The managing agent Jose Ana could not do enough for us! As soon as we called her she was at the villa the same day to put right! I cannot highlight enough how professional & helpful she was! The villa is well equipped, beds are extremely comfortable & there is plenty of out door space with the pool and unbelievable view being the main attractions. The location is amazing with the Old Town 10 minutes away & 15 minutes from the sea front. Altea is the most prettiest of towns along that stretch of coast! I would definitely recommend this villa to families or adults only and we will definitely be back."
