Whilst we have had guests in the Villa without a car, I would recommend to hire a car & collect from arrival airport. Pets considered, free high speed wifi and TV in English and Spanish languages We live nearby and will clean the pool once per week or more if needed, fresh bedding is supplied per week. Check in instructions are sent with an extensive folder on how everything works & available on what’s app for any help & support if you require. We are available but leave you to enjoy your holiday.

The house is all on the ground floor level with no stairs. Tiled terraces & shaled parking area. The road leading to the gates is tarmac as is the roads around the area. There is an extensive welcome folder, that lists Fiestas, Market days, restaurants, places of interest, shopping, beaches etc. Well behaved pooches and pets are welcome here, the gardens are high walled for their safety.

- "The house is in a quiet lane but close to the spa of Fortuna where there are thermal pools and spa treatments available. We found Casa Hermosa to be very clean and well equipped with a lovely garden. We didn’t try the pool as it was too cold but it would be very welcome for a dip on a hot day. It is very quiet at night and we slept really well. Murcia and Cartagena are easy to reach by car and the village has plenty of places to eat and drink in walking distance. I would definitely recommend it and we hope to go again in the future."

The Villa was fully equipped and very secure for our two small dogs. The pool was excellent and the outdoor kitchen and shaded seating area were first class. The outdoor kitchen had absolutely everything you could think of. We didn’t cook inside once during our stay. The air con inside worked perfectly and meant we were able to sleep brilliantly as it kept us lovely and cool.It’s a few miles from the nearest supermarket so you need to bear that in mind. We have two small dogs and there are lots of dogs in the locality so it could be a bit of a bark fest at times whenever one started the others off. The indoor kitchen is a little cluttered so available space was at a premium and the bed was very creaky too. Very comfortable but noisy when we turned over!All in all, we had a great stay. Relax at our gorgeous 6 bedroom property in one of the popular neighbourhoods of Fortuna. There is plenty to see and do in the local area.

Please note no party of young people allowed as this is a residential area and noise and loud music are not allowed. It happened in the past and the police were called.

The property is divided into one large villa and one small villa.

The villa is located in the beautiful and quiet district of las Kalendas, with restaurants just 100 m away. The area is most suitable for cyclists,hikers and nature lovers. The villa is 1.8 km from "Los Baños de Fortuna" the famous roman baths of Fortuna and Spa. The village of Fortuna is only 5 minutes away by car with many restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the local market on Saturday.
The historic neighborhoods of Murcia, and its famous cathedral and the well-known large indoor shopping center "Nueva Condomina" are 20 km away. Hello and welcome to our place of rest and relaxation.
The area includes a main house with 4 bedrooms, a living/dining area, a bathroom and 2 terraces. A casita with bathroom, storage facilities for outdoor accessories and the washing machine. Furthermore, there is a heated pool and ample parking on the 1500 square meter completely fenced area.
Carport with solar system, so we are almost self-sufficient in terms of electricity. Thanks to Spain's sun ☀️

Every bedroom has a standing fan and mosquito protection on the windows.

In the kitchen there is a filter coffee machine, a Nescafé Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove with oven, juicer for the fruits from the garden and an air fryer for frying without oil, etc.

The living room consists of a sitting area with TV and satellite dish aligned to Astra, air conditioning and the fireplace, for people who also come to Fortuna/ Murcia in the cooler season.
Air conditioning can be cold and warm.

The bathroom in the house has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and electric heating.
The second bathroom is located in the casita and also has shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

In the Casita, we also have the washing machine, garden chairs and garden loungers, cushions, towels for the pool, as well as blankets and a water bowl for your four-legged companion.
