It has a balcony. It is one hour from Valencia, one hour from Benidorm. You can visit the Santa Anna de Oliva castle - it is a very nice and easy walk for children or elderly people. You can also travel up to Segaria, nearby mountain in Vergel or Montgo in Denia.
