It is located less than 100 m from the large beach that can be admired from the terrace (20m²). This beach is cleaned daily.
You can park for free in the street and on a private parking space in the basement in the residence.
All shops are nearby. On the paseo no cars, you will find many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, clothing stores and shoes etc ... Several supermarkets are within 5 minutes walk.
If you want to walk around and visit Alicante, there is a bus line (300 m) and a tram station (500m) which will take you downtown.
It is therefore an apartment ideally located, quiet, downtown, and close to the beach and all the shops.

The apartment is at the very south side of the building, with locked door, very secure access, and is clean, tidy and well maintained. The sunrise was totally different every morning, and quite spectacular most mornings. The area is very quiet and well kept, but restaurants and supermarkets are very close along mainly pedestrianised areas, and the Marina is only about a 15 minute walk away. Several good Italian, Spanish and Chinese restaurants are within easy reach of the apartment plus bars and Valor, the chocolate bar/café. Supermarket Mercadona is only 3 minute walk away, the major store TEDi is on the ground floor, and a bakery is 1 minute walk away, also selling water and milk. The apartment is very well equipped, warm in winter, clean and modern, with a nice modern kitchen having all facilities, plus a large lounge with flat screen TV (many international channels), and fast Wi-Fi. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, love the apartment, think El Campello is wonderful, and hope to be back soon. Surrounding the apartment you are absorbed in the spanish culture with local tavernas, shops and supermarkets all within easy access as is the tram link. The beach is within 50 metres from the apartment and offers you an array of cosmopolitan bars, shops and restaurants etc ...... alongside a beautiful marina with a weekly fish market.

Alicante is a 15 minute drive away by car or hop on the tram link with lively nightlife including the vibrant port, marina and beach areas. The old Town has plenty of Tapas bars and modern restaurants to sample some excellent Spanish food. Alicante is great for shopping and has a number of shopping centres, it also has more traditional markets with art and crafts stalls on the famous promenade Explanada De Espana.

We have four local golf courses within 20 minutes of the Urbanisation Bonalba, Alicante, Alenda and Real de Faula (Benidorm).

Staying local and you have one of the best beaches in Spain El Campallo/Playa Muchavista areas with the nearest beach just 50 metres walk from the apartment. There are ample bars, cafes and Restaurants in El Campello along with a beautiful marina for boat lovers, Snorkelling, diving etc... In the summer months you can take a boat trip to Tabarca Island just off Mainland Alicante.

A short stroll away you will arrive at the new central park area where you can take a stroll around the gardens or just sit and watch your children on the park as you take a relaxing drink from the subsidised Park Cafe Bar. There are ample Tapas bars in the Pueblo area of the town with the little streets, church and theatre a must to explore. There are also a weekly markets on a Wednesday and a Sunday.

This super 3 Bed holiday apartment has been totally refurbished and is brand new to the market for 2018.
If you are a beach lover then look no further! This lovely home is located alongside the stunning golden sands of El Campello.

This second floor apartment is fully air-conditioned and newly tiled throughout with the lounge and dining areas decorated in a contemporary style. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably and the lounge has a large flat-screen TV.
French doors lead out onto the generous balcony with furniture provided so you can relax and take in the magnificent views.

The separate kitchen is finished in high-spec detail with integrated appliances including a double sink, 5 ring electric hob with touch control, extractor fan, built-in Bosch oven and fridge-freezer. The storage units are funky with soft close drawers. A coffee-maker, juicer, toaster, kettle etc are supplied as standard.
A utility room overlooks the courtyard below and has a washing machine, double sink, iron and board.
