The villa is situated in a quiet rural location surrounded by orange groves. It is a 7 minute drive to the pretty village of Marines and 15 minutes to Lliria town which has all the necessary amenities including supermarkets, Medical Centre and Metro Station.
Valencia City and the Airport are a 35 minute drive and the closest beaches El Puig and Malvarrosa 45 minutes by car. A car is essential but this is a perfect base to go off exploring the surrounding areas and the beautiful City of Valencia.
