The property consists of 2 double bedrooms(1 en suite) and a third bedroom with twin beds. There is a large dining kitchen with all the amenities you would have at home including, dishwasher, washing machine and electrical appliances. The en-suite has a large walk-in shower and the family bathroom as a large bath along with a shower unit.

Lovely holiday apartment in the La Senia development in Javea. Close to the Arenal beach, the Port and the old town.

This modern-feel apartment sleeps 4 people, with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and is situated in the tranquil grounds of the La Senia development. Good sized rooms … Aircon in Lounge and bedrooms … English TV ….. everything you could need ….. good outside space and plenty of shade … About 30 steps away from the pool which is the most amazingly refreshing pool and in a beautiful setting …. There were children in the pool at times but we found plenty of time when the children were eating or siesta time (Spanish children) when we could swim without children and sometimes we had the pool to ourselves…. Underground car park keeps the car cool and we LOVE how safe the place feels because the security is brilliant… Julie (the person who meets you there) looks after you well and is always contactable There is an iceland shop walking distance and numerous supermarkets to choose from a short drive away but our fave for quality was “Mercadona” We visited Moriara and Denia and Calpe … all gorgeous …. Javea Port is beautiful and we eat out in numerous restaurants… Deffo visit “Acqua” on L’arenal …. AMAZING food and my Husband had their Mixed Grill on a hot plate and Loved it so much we eat there again …. If you love mixed grill its a MUST…. Bacchus is also amazing for steak on a hot stone …. - "We were meant to go to Javea just as the pandemic hit so to say we were looking forward to our holiday is an understatement. We flew to Alicante and picked up our hire car from the airport, a very straight forward if a little slow process. We made our way to Javea and texted our contact on arrival. Our check in to the villa was delayed till 4.30pm. Not a big issue - we did some essential food shop whilst we waited the extra half hour. The cleaners were just leaving as we arrived and our contact,Shelley, gave us a quick tour of the villa. The garden and pool are absolutely gorgeous and the villa well appointed but on the small side compared to properties we have stayed at in the past (we are seasoned villa renters!) Javea is quite an expensive area though - bit like the Cornwall of Spain. All bedrooms have aircon but not the main living area which has three big windows, 2 of which with mosquito nets (you definitely need these!). The kitchen is well appointed but could do with a little updating in my opinion, especially the oven/hob. The villa is situated in Costa Nova, about 10 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of Javea. This was fine for us as we like our peace and quiet after a busy day. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as a small supermarket for last minute supplies or, in our case, for fresh bread and pastries for breakfast. Be ware it only opens till 3pm. All in all we had a lovely week in Javea and would happily go again."

- "Plusses in every respect. It starts with the welcoming helpfulness of the owner Nic. Continues with the spacious and superbly laid out villa, gardens and pool with the magnificent backdrop of the Montgo Mountain National Park and the safe and secure location. In other respects things could not have been better. Two weeks of wall to wall sunshine with temperatures up to the mid 30s was all that could be asked for. This might have meant life would be uncomfortably hot for certain members of the party but with air conditioning in all areas it was never a problem. A constant supply of hot water was available and very welcome for those who wanted to prepare for their evening hours at the marina or beach front restaurants. And for those that wanted to remain, the BBQ area gave all that was needed for yet more eating drinking and relaxing. Other welcoming aspects. Fully equipped for a party of 12, plenty of towels for both in room and poolside, comprehensive instructions on everything, spotlessly clean in all areas and there is a games room with pool table but 'unfortunately' the weather was too good to be inside using it! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and ranked this the best of our five stays in. Javea. We very much hope to be back."

The Mediterranean villa is located in the quiet and elegant district of Cap Marti.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a great kitchen. In addition, an extra accessible, small apartment with bedroom, kitchen and small bathroom.
We bought this villa in the summer of 2019 from a Swiss family. We will be remodeling them for you and our guests in October 2019, make them a bit more modern and have some nice pictures taken. From November, everything will be ready for you and us to feel at home. New bedding, towels, freshly painted and nicely furnished. We are very happy and we are sure that you will like the same!
In the winter of 2019/20 we will also build a brand new summer outdoor kitchen with adjoining covered dining area outside by the pool.

The villa is located in the very quiet residential area of Cap Marti, Javea. Supermarkets can be reached in 2-3 minutes. The beautiful sandy beach is 5 minutes by car, to the small, picturesque bays with it is a maximum of 10 minutes.

Javea is a great town, which differs in particular from the many other cities on the Costa Blanca, that there is virtually no "cheap tourism". The majority of the guests stay in the private villas, besides there are 2-3 smaller hotels and comparably few apartment complexes.
The city is very clean and safe. A great beach promenade with nice restaurants and bars, a picturesque old town and an original harbor district characterize this pearl on the Costa Brava.

Javea is made up of three different areas, the Arenal beachfront, the Port and the Old Town.
The Arenal Beachfront is a curved sandy beach with a promenade flanked by shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect for families, the beach is safe, clean and spacious.
The Port area also has a beach, bars and restaurants along with the Marina where the fishermen bring in the daily catch. This area has a very different feel to that of the Arenal Beach.
The Old Town of Javea is the traditional centre with narrow streets dominated by the 15th century church. This is real Spain with tapas bars, the market square and of course the weekly market..

Around Javea there are many beaches and coves to visit, watersports, horseriding, golf, crazy golf, young childrens fairground, go karting, tennis, walking.... the list goes on.
