The apartment is spacious and very well located facing the sea. It is ideal for 8 people, but can accommodate 10. Has more than 80 sqm terrace, 60 sqm of which are closed forming a living / dining area where we do everyday. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with open windows and a spectacular ocean view is a luxury that is not paid. In summer, from 1:00 pm you have to close the windows leaving gaps, because the strong winds that are generated daily in summer move to the tables (Attention surfer!). The wind stops from 18:00. This day is a blessing wind freshening and makes always have a few degrees less than in Cullera Gandia or neighbors. If you want to walk up apartment, this is not your place. You have close, less than 15 km Cullera Gandia south or north. The distance to the sea is walking in a minute and nothing top views. A LUXURY!

This a family building located directly by the sand. The beach is only a few steps away. The terrace seems a strong vessel amid the water, the perfect place to dream, relax and enjoy a delicious dinner in the evening while the sunset overwhelms your feelings. The sound of the waves and the song of the birds will be a delicious concert playing along while you take a walk along the beach.

The apartment, which have been fully restored, is located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator. Inside, you will find a comfortable living room with a sofa, a TV set and a dining table fo 6 people. The renewed and modern kitchen features a gas top, oven, microwave, fridge and all utensils you may need to cook your favourite dishes. A kettle is available on request. The laundry room is independent an equipped with a washer, an iron, and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms to rest, all of them with a closet. One comes with a double bed and features sea views and the other two have two twin beds each. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The accommodation also presents a modern toilet and a bathroom with a shower and a bidet.

- "Nous sommes une famille avec un enfant de bas âge . Nous avons séjourné 10 jours en été dans ce logement . -Point positif : Logement idéalement situé ,en bord de mer permettant d’admirer le lever du soleil . Emplacement en plein milieu de l’allée principale ,proche de toutes les commodités . Matériel à disposition pour un enfant (lit ,chaise haute …) Machine à laver ,lave vaisselle qui fonctionne bien . -point à améliorer : Communication uniquement par mail avec une conciergerie chargée de gérer ce logement (entre autre ) ,qui ne donne les informations complètes que 3 jours avant ! Si vous voulez vous organiser pour louer une navette vous n’avez que des coordonnées GPS !! D’autre part les clefs sont à récupérer/restituer à Gandia (40 minutes allée et retour ) ,chose absolument pas précisée à la réservation . Je trouve cela inadmissible !! Ménage soit disant Covid ou nous payons presque 300 euros qui laisse à désirer . Frigo sale à notre arrivée ,miette dans les placards …après signalement et photo l’agence m’a proposé un passage de l’équipe de Menage ."

The description with the place is not accurate, some of the services are not available depending on the season of the year on where you travel, like the pool for exemple, so it won't be at your disposal. I got sick during my stay either an allergy or something still not sure in the room not quite sure if between the pillows or mattress quality status. I had to leave at the half of my monthly stay and the owner was totally negligente regarding my questions or needs. Regarding the place, the beach is beautiful but the town is freaking empty. In summer maybe it could be better, I arrived in April and Max three commerces were opened in town. Besides beach, nothing more to do unless you go elsewhere. A waste of money, I ultra regret my stay"
