I imagine it gets busier in summer. Balcony faces East so sun is only on the balcony at breakfast, not lunch or dinner. You can however sit in the sun out the back by the stairs in the evening. The restaurants don't seem to open until about 8pm and not much was open this early in the season although near by Grau i Platja (10-15 mins drive) is much busier with plenty of restaurants and shops and playgrounds on the beach etc. The two supermarkets in Xeraco beach were very good - Charter had better baguettes than Spar in our opinion and longer opening hours including Sunday. If you want to visit Valencia, you can very easily take the train from Xeraco station (less than 10 mins drive and free parking). Return to Valencia was 9 Euros and my 5 yr old was free. Takes you right in to the old town - beautiful city, well worth a day trip. Vicent the apartment owner was very helpful (he lives upstairs) and although he doesn't speak English we got by with a little french and with google translate! We would definitely return to this apartment/area another time."

El apartamento está situado en la planta baja, con salida a la piscina y consta de dos dormitorios, dos baños (ambos con bañera), salón estar - comedor con sofá-cama en el salón, cocina con galería-lavadero, y una terraza grande con orientación Este con vistas a la piscina y con salida/acceso directo a esta y a las zonas ajardinadas. Está amueblado con muebles de muy buen gusto y está provisto de lavadora, microondas y tv. Incluye plaza de garaje subterránea.
El apartamento está equipado con ropa de cama y toallas, y todo lo necesario para cocinar y poner mesa. No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla!

Bali es un residencial de construcción baja (sin ascensor) de baja densidad, familiar y moderno. Dispone de una zona ajardinada, piscina con charco infantil y pista de tenis. Situado únicamente a 70 m. de la arena y a otros 70 del centro sociocultural de playa.
El apartamento tiene una terraza Sur con toldos, desde la cual se accede a una terraza ático con zona con sombra, barbacoa y pila de cocina. Tiene dos dormitorios dobles, ambos con cama de matrimonio, un baño, salón-comedor, cocina y galería-lavadero.
No se admiten grupos de gente joven. Se admiten únicamente bajo petición, peso máximo 10 kg (suplemento mascota 5 €/noche).
A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos, perdida de llaves y/o incumplimiento del horario de salida, está se devolverá 24/48 horas trás el desalojo previa revisión del alojamiento.

Dorasal Residential is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach, on the first line (C/ Les Marines 13) with direct access to the sand, without a lift, offers an area with swings, a pool with a cordoned off children's pool and 2,000 m2 of garden areas. Just 25 metres away there is a multi-sports area and a grove with swings for the little ones. All apartments have an underground garage space.
First floor apartment, spacious north-facing side terrace (cool) with sea views. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher and everything necessary to cook and set the table, living-dining room, two bathrooms (one with shower tray) and two bedrooms, both with ceiling fan.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, for its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
