Hans was super nice letting us know cleaning was completed early so we could check in. Take a double adapter and a travel mirror as these are useful for bedrooms. Luckily we had both. Bedroom doesn't have dressing table, but everything else. WOW! All the cooking utensils and equipment you could possibly need. TV with all the channels and 100s of films. We had a fab stay! - "Have just spent 2 weeks in this beautiful villa with my husband and adult children. This villa has everything to make a perfect holiday in the sunshine. A great, large pool, ping pong table and a gas BBQ. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket within a few minutes walking distance. The marina, beach, jet-skiing, market, shopping mall, and other restaurants a 20 minute walk away. The villa was very clean. The bedrooms haven’t got air conditioning but when we mentioned how hot it was at night the owner came to the villa within 2 hours of us messaging him with 3 new standing fans. You can watch Netflix on the TV if you have an account but we couldn’t find any channels to watch UK tv, Wimbledon or F1-not a big problem though we watched on our tablet instead. Sun loungers, day-bed, 2 outside tables and chairs and a nice undercover seating area, all of which we used lots. This villa would work for young families and also an all adult group and there is something for everyone. We will definitely return!!"

All on one level, there is a spacious lounge, with fully fitted kitchen (cooker, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine). Master bedroom with full ensuite, a further double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, full bathroom, and shower room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and electric fans.
The villa has a private swimming pool, side terrace with table and chairs, as well as an eating area under the pagoda, and a BBQ. The porch gives a shady place to sit during the day, overlooking the pool, and there is also a TV with DVD player, and stereo in the lounge.

There is a security camera on the outside of the villa, for your security as well as ours, covering the access to the property.
Being dog lovers ourselves we are happy to accept well behaved dogs. However guests must bring their own dog bedding/blankets/towels, and dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds, or in the pool, and of course any mess must be cleaned up from the grounds. ( a small additional fee will be charged dog for extended clean required and garden inspection for any mess)

The villa is located on a quite residential road and within easy walking distance of local restaurants bars shops supermarkets etc. Inside there is a fantastic living area filled with Light and 5 meter High ceilings, Modern kitchen with all main appliances, 3 Bedrooms (2 Doubles both with Private Bathrooms and a family bathroom, the villa has Air-conditioning throughout and a European satellite system (some English speaking channels). DVD player, Music system, upstairs is a second large living area with Seating, selection of reading books plus wireless internet access and free Wi-fi. Outside is a large shaded Terrace with seating and dining areas and a BBQ and a private swimming pool, 2 Sun Beds.

The Villa is located on Av de las Gaviotas in Urbanization Los Angeles, Torrevieja its a Quiet residential road close to Torrevieja Town Centre and only a 7 minute walk to the Sea front lots of good local restaurants offering all types of cuisine, good bars & cafes shops supermarkets banks etc. Great Location has everything within walking distance – car not needed unless you wish to sight see.

The house offers sleeping accomodation for 8 people: 2 double bedrooms and 1 extra large bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds; 2 bathrooms, fully newly fitted kitchen with all comfort (including dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc.), large lounge, dining room, porch and storage room with washing machine. - "Myself, husband and our 3 daughters (age 17, 15 & 11) stayed at Nicole's beautiful villa for 2 weeks in August. We had a lovely relaxing break and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. The villa has an amazing view of the salt lake and lovely sunset views in the evening. The weather in Torrevieja was very hot when we stayed, the villa has A/C but it isn't needed in the daytime because the villa stayed quite cool, the nights were warm so we did use it then and when getting ready to go out. We had hired a car which was great - although places to visit could be walked - the weather was so hot it was too much to walk everywhere! There are some nice restaurants in walking distance and a smaller supermarket. There are also some lovely restaurants in the main part of Torrevieja and an underground car park right by the main area of restaurants. Also bigger restaurants and shopping areas are nearby. The villa has all your need for a comfortable stay and you feel very safe and secure there. The garden is beautiful with some lovely plants and the pool and seating/sunbed/bbq area is spacious and pleasant. Having the addition of the outside lounge area was really appreciated when you want to sit out of the sun to relax but don't want to go indoors. Nicole was a lovely host & great at answering messages & questions and wanted us to have a comfortable & enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend staying here.
