- "Just spent 2 wonderful weeks at this beautiful casa. It has everything you could wish for and we wanted for nothing. So much space in the casa and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The pool is incredible, the gardens spacious, quiet & safe surroundings. A perfect place to relax and unwind with family. The 45 min drive from Alicante airport was easy and stress free. The local beach, which really is only a 4 minute walk, is golden sand & the sea warm. The walk around the coast line is great for an early morning walk (me) or run (husband and daughter). The promenade links to another lovely beach, and another, and another! The only downside was the lack of a beach bar on the beach ( but think this was only temporary for this year) and limited eating places but that really didn’t bother us as we cooked on the bbq and enjoyed the tranquility of the outdoor area at the casa. But if you go treat yourself to meal at the Lobster Restaurant about a 25 minute walk along the coastline walkways- incredible food! There is a local supermarket which is easy walking distance which is really well stocked and the staff are so helpful and friendly- we only went to the larger supermarket once when we arrived. All in all just what we were hoping for for our family holiday!"

This immaculately clean bungalow consists of a master bedroom with king sized bed, wardrobes with plenty of hangers to store your holiday clothes and en-suite shower room.

The 2nd bedroom has full size twin beds, wardrobes and lots of storage. Separating the bedrooms is the family bathroom with large shower and high quality fittings.

Open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge have everything you may need in a holiday home.

The kitchen has all essential appliances including a washing machine, microwave & coffee machine. Lounge has a large comfy sofa , smart tv, sky eclipse and blue tooth speaker and various board games for all your home entertainment.
Our guests have the choice of relaxing on the large front terrace or sunbathing in privacy on comfy ratten sunloungers on our spacious rooftop solarium. Built in BBQ and full size dining table is provided for your comfort under the shaded pergola.
The bungalow is situated directly facing the communal gardens and large swimming pool that has a shallow area for smaller children. Sunshades are permanent features within the communal area to provide shade when required.

- "What a Fantastic stay we have had at this property! Communication with the owners was great prior to arrival. On arrival we found very detailed welcome packs informing us of the local area, beaches, bars, shops etc we utilised the online shopping facility at the supermarket booked a shop to arrive a few hours after we arrived which was great! The vicinity of the apartment to the pool was a godsend with one child wanting to be in the pool ALL the time and one child preferring the shade a bit more! Lots of choices of bars and restaurants very close by. The upper terrace was just beautiful especially at night. I’ve never slept in a comfier double bed!!! And the little touches of the welcome drinks for when we arrived, children's games, inflatables to use really made it feel like a home from home! This superbly located villa is a 3 minute stroll to the famous Villamartin Plaza with its fabulous restaurants, shops & bars. The property is beautifully furnished to cater for your every need and is set in a beautiful community. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining area with satellite TV with English speaking channels as well as free WI-FI, 2 twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Upstairs is a large double bedroom with en suite shower room, and plenty of storage. The beautiful Zenia Boulevard shopping center has enriched the area not only giving you an array of clothes shops but many coffee bars and a whole floor dedicated to eating out which is open late into the night. The Boulevard very often has entertainment and is well worth a visit.

Our apartment is on the ground floor of a small urbanization in Orihuela Costa, near Torrevieja. The layout is suitable for two couples or a family with two children.
The apartment has two bedrooms which are both air conditioned and there are two bathrooms.
In the open kitchen are a regular oven, a microwave and washing machine. Everything is available to cook for four people.
The dining room leads through to the lounge, where there is also air-conditioned. In the lounge, the satellite TV, there is also a DVD player and free internet access.
From the terrace you can go directly to the swimming pool which is situated in a pleasant garden. This is completely fenced, so only accessible to residents or tenants. If you prefer swimming in the sea, the beach is three kilometers from the apartment.
The apartment has an underground parking space but also in the building there are parking facilities.
The final cleaning (80 € / stay) and the washing of the sheet and towel package (10 € pp) can be paid to the keyholder on site.

Welcome to our Penthouse in the Aguamarina part of Cabo Roig. It has just been remodeled to the highest standards for you to enjoy. It has two bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, american style kitchen, living room and three balconies/roof terraces. It also features a storage room and a secure underground garage spot. The kitchen is fully equipped for your if you want to do your own cooking. Otherwise you have tons of restaurants and bars just outside your doorstep! You have about 200 meters to the nearest supermatket, and a 5 minute drive to Zenia Boulevard (One of Spains biggest malls) and 3-4 famous golf courses.

The apartment features a big screen TV, playstation, bluetooth speaker, electrical reclining chairs and first class beds for your full pleasure. Of course it also has AC and central heating in every room. On the terraces you have dining possibilities, a big stone grill, loungers etc.

If you want to enjoy the sun you can either choose to do it on one of the roof terraces or down by the relaxing pool area, which is located right on the famous beach walk of Cabo Roig with spectaculars view of the ocean as well.

We will do our very best to fulfill all your requests and wishes for your holiday stay. Everything (Water, electricity, fibre-wifi, international tv-channels, bed linnen, towels etc.) is included in the rental price except for a final cleaning/laundry fee of 70€, that is to be paid directly to our property manager.
