- "The house was clean but the pool was dirty and some of the outside furniture were in really bad condition. No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. There are several restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Supermarket five minutes walk. Bus stop at the corner, two lines, the small bus runs the whole area every 30 minutes, taking you to the large commercial areas or the beach. If you do not feel like walking. The large bus takes you to Alicante city center, Santa Pola and also the airport. The beach is a 15 minute walk away.

The biggest feature of the apartment is its large terrace by the sea as well as the orientation of the apartment that make it warm in winter and cool in summer. It has two swimming pools, one of them for children and tennis courts. Children can play with complete peace of mind in the large existing lawn areas and in a playground. As for security, the urbanization has a night security guard and access to it is done with a security code. All these services can be used by the tenants of the house.
To facilitate the arrival time for the guests, making it totally flexible 24 hours a day. Without depending on flight delays or travel incidents that may delay the agreed arrival time, the keys will be collected from a safe deposit box close to the house. The guest will be informed promptly of the access code to said box. In the house, the guest will find written information about everything necessary for their stay. The woman who cleans the house lives in the area and like me, we will always be contactable for any problems that may arise.
There are several beaches in the area, although the most important is El Carabassi Beach. It is one of the best beaches in the Valencian Community, semi-wild and with protected natural areas that prevent the existence of buildings next to it.
