- "Centrally located " - "It is a very modern hotel in the middle of a busy neighborhood. We really liked it. The second bathroom was definitely a bonus for us. The communication could have been better but that in no way takes away from our stay. The receptionist is also one of the housekeepers and so if you arrive before check-in you will need to ring the bell to get in. Our email stated that we would receive check in codes 24 hours prior to check-in time but we received them after check-in time. However, there are lockers on site to store your luggage if you arrive too early. Just know that they cost a refundable 1Euro. It was a holiday and banks were closed so we had a time trying to get coins. We finally used our card at the ATM, which charged an exorbitant price and then bought something from the corner store. We would definitely stay here again. "

It is located in a pedestrian zone surrounded by the gardens of Madrid Rio, and connected to the historical Madrid by bus (at the same door) and metro (10 minutes).

- "On the photos it gives the impression of being on a higher level, but it actually is on ground level, so everyone could look inside from the windows. The bathroom was very old, in fact it is the main drawback of the apartmeht. And there was no central heating, so it was freezing cold at December, when we booked. The weren't enough towels either. The matrix of the bed of the upper level wasn't comfortable. The area -the main reason we chose this apartment for- hasn't much to offer, but is ideal for those who want to rent a car, as we did, and close to Madrid river, Manzanares. There is a super market at walking distance, and the Palacio Real is at about 30 minutes' walk. Very calm area, ideal for families."
