We stayed in an appointment downstairs facing orange farm which was awesome to have though in our first night we woke up on noises early morning around 7 am when farmers arrived to pick up the oranges . That didn’t continue for the rest of our visit thanks goodness . The apartment was clean and fantastic and has all what you need . TV channels didn’t work which we didn’t bother to ask to get fix. Wifi was weak in all locations except the dinning / living room . Swimming pools were small but fantastic to have it just to us alone during our stay. Lot of parking spots available in the street for free although there is parking underground which is not offered during our stay . In my opinion the apartment is great to stay at if you have a vehicle. "

- "Our flight was delayed and we communicated with Jeanette, who came straight back to us and made arrangements for the keys, she also gave us all the information we needed re. WiFi, pool etc. and checked on us via WhatsApp throughout our stay. The home is on a main but very quiet road, easy to find, easy to park directly outside and with easy access to supermarkets, local bars and restaurants - 222 pizzeria being one of our favourites. Everything has been done for our comfort, outside lighting, loungers, water, milk, wine in the fridge, iron, excellent washing machine, drying racks, welcoming homely decor, beach towels, great air con, etc. the pool area looked lovely, very large main pool, nice grounds for lounging in, we didn’t use it unfortunately as we had family locally and this pool doesn’t allow holiday rentals to have guests. The pool is a short walk along the main road which is why I marked 4 on location. I had the impression from the advert that this was a small apartment but it was roomy and comfortable perfect for a couple or small family. Would definitely recommend this lovely home."

We have put non slip treads on the stairs to villa and from the garden to the pool area as it was pointed out in previous review they could be dangerous . This villa is accessed by 10 stairs. The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower. These areas are arranged in such a way that it is perfect to have privacy with 2 families.
There is a very spacious kitchen with all modern amenities such as a double oven, nespresso, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, toaster ...
There is heating and air conditioning everywhere, as well as in the cozy living and dining room.
There is a small sitting area in the veranda.

The outdoor area is the pride of Casa Lava with a place to enjoy sun or shade everywhere. There is also a heated shower at the beautiful spacious swimming pool.
After delicious aperitifs in the relax lounge, you can slide open the outdoor kitchen completely, where you can dine during long Spanish evenings.
Between the indoor and outdoor kitchen you have a patio with an authentic Spanish BBQ.
A ping-pong table is also at your disposal.

In the neighborhood you will find golf courses, shopping centers, seaside resorts, wonderful restaurants and cultural cities such as Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena, Elche and Torrevieja.
Less than 5 minutes drive you are at golf course La Marquesa or at the Aquapark.
The beaches of Guardamar, la Mata and Torrevieja are 15 minutes.
There are free tennis courts 5 minutes away and you can play padel very cheaply in Guardamar.
On request we can provide 4 tennis or padel rackets and balls.
Alicante airport can be reached in 35 minutes.
For wine lovers, there are also a number of small and large wineries close by. A visit to a bodega is absolutely worthwhile.
