A random photo of six intact bracelets, supposedly taken Thursday at 2 PM — no date, no metadata, nothing. Just their word. How do I know someone didn’t break it in between? Why is that my fault? Feels like a scam. They ignored my proof and keep pushing for the money. You’ve ruined my image of Spain and Alicante. And seriously — what kind of bracelet costs €100? Is it made of gold? Hotels.com should remove rotten places like this from the listings. Otherwise, this hotel will only create more victims, and Hotels.com’s credibility will hit rock bottom."

- "My wife and I stayed for a week here early in April 2023 with our children - 1 and 6 year olds. We had stayed at the Infinity View complex before but chose this apartment because it had a rooftop hot tub, a rare feature for a property in this area. The check in process was easy - someone met us at the apartment to let us in and show us around. The apartment was spotlessly clean and even provided with an infant cot free of charge. In this morning, sunrise can just about be viewed from the balcony, which is bathed in sunshine for the rest of the day. The kitchen area has the basics but was not as well stocked as others stayed at previously. Towels and sheets were all provided, as were pool towels and some beach equipment (bucket and spade etc.) The roof terrace and balcony were well used while our youngest napped, and the hot tub appeared clean and got very hot, perfect for at night time too. The complex itself only has one pool open out of season, but it is heated to a nice temperature. The downside of visiting at this time is that there are still a few repairs going on to ready the public areas for when the summer season starts. The beach is within easy walking distance, even with two small children, and there are two great beach cafe/bars close by - the Blue Monkey (?), which is a bit more casual, or the Conviction beach bar a little further south down the beach, which is more expensive but with a greater food selection. Apartment, complex and area all highly recommended!!"

I’m a bit of a pool snob so was concerned that the pool looked a little small in the photos. I can confirm it’s not small, it’s just the pool area is huge. The tiled pool is about 10m x 5m and plenty deep to dive into. 30 mins from Alicante or Torrevieja both large cities and 10 mins from Santa Pola, all 3 with plenty of restaurants. Merca / Lidl and Aldi 5 mins drive away. The nearby beach has golden sand, clean water and free parking. The owners were super responsive and available for the small issues that inevitably crop up like the gas regulator on the BBQ not working, which was resolved in an hour.
