- "Just spent 2 wonderful weeks at this beautiful casa. It has everything you could wish for and we wanted for nothing. So much space in the casa and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The pool is incredible, the gardens spacious, quiet & safe surroundings. A perfect place to relax and unwind with family. The 45 min drive from Alicante airport was easy and stress free. The local beach, which really is only a 4 minute walk, is golden sand & the sea warm. The walk around the coast line is great for an early morning walk (me) or run (husband and daughter). The promenade links to another lovely beach, and another, and another! The only downside was the lack of a beach bar on the beach ( but think this was only temporary for this year) and limited eating places but that really didn’t bother us as we cooked on the bbq and enjoyed the tranquility of the outdoor area at the casa. But if you go treat yourself to meal at the Lobster Restaurant about a 25 minute walk along the coastline walkways- incredible food! There is a local supermarket which is easy walking distance which is really well stocked and the staff are so helpful and friendly- we only went to the larger supermarket once when we arrived. All in all just what we were hoping for for our family holiday!"

On arrival we found very detailed welcome packs informing us of the local area, beaches, bars, shops etc we utilised the online shopping facility at the supermarket booked a shop to arrive a few hours after we arrived which was great! The vicinity of the apartment to the pool was a godsend with one child wanting to be in the pool ALL the time and one child preferring the shade a bit more! Lots of choices of bars and restaurants very close by. The upper terrace was just beautiful especially at night. I’ve never slept in a comfier double bed!!! And the little touches of the welcome drinks for when we arrived, children's games, inflatables to use really made it feel like a home from home! Our spacious villa set in an exclusive residential area of Villamartin (Los Dolses) is situated 45 minutes from both Corvera and Alicante Airports. Direct flights are available from most U.K. airports and a collection service is available. The property comes fully equipped and furnished with lots of extras is air-conditioned and heated and also includes free Wi-Fi. Local facilities include blue flag beaches, water parks, go-karting, horse riding, quad bikes, day trips via coach, shopping malls and well as the golf courses and shops bars & restaurants. This superbly located villa is a 3 minute stroll to the famous Villamartin Plaza with its fabulous restaurants, shops & bars. The property is beautifully furnished to cater for your every need and is set in a beautiful community. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining area with satellite TV with English speaking channels as well as free WI-FI, 2 twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Upstairs is a large double bedroom with en suite shower room, and plenty of storage. The Boulevard very often has entertainment and is well worth a visit.

Our apartment is on the ground floor of a small urbanization in Orihuela Costa, near Torrevieja. The layout is suitable for two couples or a family with two children.
The apartment has two bedrooms which are both air conditioned and there are two bathrooms.
In the open kitchen are a regular oven, a microwave and washing machine. Everything is available to cook for four people.
The dining room leads through to the lounge, where there is also air-conditioned. In the lounge, the satellite TV, there is also a DVD player and free internet access.
From the terrace you can go directly to the swimming pool which is situated in a pleasant garden. This is completely fenced, so only accessible to residents or tenants. If you prefer swimming in the sea, the beach is three kilometers from the apartment.
The apartment has an underground parking space but also in the building there are parking facilities.
The final cleaning (80 € / stay) and the washing of the sheet and towel package (10 € pp) can be paid to the keyholder on site.

Well equipped apartment available to rent all year round in this very popular destination. South facing balcony, providing lovely winter sun. Less than 5 minutes walk/300metres away from the sandy Blue Flag beaches of La Zenia (3 beaches close together). La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre 20 minutes walk, offering a great choice of shops and restaurants. Torrevieja is 10 mins drive, or a short bus ride away (many beaches to choose from and lovely marina). In summer La Zenia beach has jet-skis, pedalos to hire, banana boat rides and beach bars and there's still lots to do in winter with the beach restaurant remaining open all year round offering a large sunny terrace overlooking the sea. Ideally positioned for all amenities bars, restaurants, internet cafés, shops, 3 supermarkets, chemists, hairdressers, beauty salons, banks & churches are all within walking distance so a car is not required. Family oriented, well equipped, hot & cold air conditioning, non-smoking apartment. Residents only outdoor pool with separate children's and jacuzzi areas. Childrens play area, adjacent to pool. Front door on first floor level via lift or stairs, entire apartment on one level therefore suitable for elderly people, disabled or small wheelchair users. Secure underground parking space and parking in front of the apartment on a quiet road.There will be an additional fee of Euro 60.00 for end of stay cleaning , payable upon arrival to our property manager who will meet you at the apartment with the keys. Unsociable arrival or departure times may incur a small fee.

There was a welcome pack of milk, water a bottle of wine and some beers in the fridge, which we thought was a lovely touch. The property had everything you could ever need for your stay, a proper home from home.
