This house is very well located and meets all the requirements! A small urbanization, located 1 km from the city center of Catral, which will bring you everything you need, bakery, bank, communal pool, cafes and restaurants but also two supermarkets.
This beautiful house with all modern comforts, offers peace and quiet thanks to its location in the countryside, surrounded by orange, lemon and olive trees. But also the modernity being located 15 minutes drive from the cities of Elche, 45 minutes from Alicante airport, about fifteen minutes from Torrevieja with excellent road links.
You can also cool off in the beautiful pool of the property or the sea by rolling 10-15 minutes to reach beautiful beaches of fine sand. The valencia region is characterized by a semi arid Mediterranean climate. Summers are hot and winters (minimum 10 ° C with sometimes days at 20 ° C and above) very short, until March.

End-of-stay cleaning is included and bed and bath linen are provided in the rental price.

- "My partner and I stayed 9 nights at Rudy and Valerie’s fantastic villa and we couldn’t have been happier. Communication with Rudy was quick and easy, as was communication with the lovely Mr Force who looks after the property. The villa is very spacious and comfortable with every kitchen appliance and gadget you could ever need. The place was spotless on our arrival and the excellent air conditioning was very welcome as temperatures topped 40 degrees during our stay. We were also grateful for the extremely fast broadband connection at the Villa. There is a vast outdoors area with seating, sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen, and of course the wonderful pool which was attended to and cleaned twice during our stay. Although there was only the two of us, a family with children would be well accommodated, two good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. The location is quiet and traffic free, but only a few minutes from Catral which has a number of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. And of course the coast is only about 30 minutes away by car. I cannot recommend both Rudy and his villa highly enough, it was a wonderful holiday and the whole reservation process along with check in and check out were seamless and trouble free. We cannot thank Rudy and Valerie enough for allowing us to stay for the dates we needed and we are already planning how soon we can return."

Plenty of lovely seating areas and it was safe and perfect for our three children to run around unsupervised as it is a gated property. It’s based in a beautiful little town, two minutes walk from a park and family friendly restaurant. The waitress was so accommodating and taught the children Spanish. You can reach one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca in the tourist town of Guardamar del Segura by car in around 13 minutes. General: The modern finca is very spacious with 200 m² of living space: it offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one in the pool area) and is comfortably designed with an open kitchen plus living room and a glazed veranda. The pool measures 10 mx 8 m. Pet are allowed.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned; three of them have a closet and are furnished with double beds. In the children's room you will find a cabin bed and a toddler bed. The cabin bed is also suitable for adults. A large ceiling fan in every room ensures a pleasant climate if you want to do without the air conditioning. Each room can be individually cooled.

Lovely place to visit of you want to see what the non touristy part of Spain is about. The owners and manager helped us throughout the stay with the odd thing that needed some attention. - "We liked our vacation in Dolores/ Catral area, Alicante, Spain. The villa was an excellent place to stay for our family of 5 from USA. The place was safe, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, admired views of the mountains and lemon tree garden in the front of the house. It’s noticeable the owners love their place and make everything to satisfy their guests. It’s located in the country; therefore, you definitely need a car. We didn’t pay extra for the air conditioning usage because the nights were still cool and we didn’t use all provided electrical cards. We walked on the world known waved boulevard, visited Santa Barbara castle in Alicante, and of course, went on the beach every day. We liked La Marina beach the most because it had a lot of parking. Our family bought groceries at Consum and Mercadona stores. A very important moment. Because the streets are not marked properly ( not enough signs), it would be hard to find the villa first time. Ask a manager to meet you at some known place and lead you to the villa. Thanked to Angela who met us at gas station and led to the destination, we saved our time instead of looking for it. We think, this problem exist in all Alicante area, not only with finding this villa address. You can book this place for your vacation without any doubt!"
