- "excellent " - "We had a terrible flight issue on our way to this hotel and Daniella kept in touch with us throughout our flight issues via email and provided us the overnight code and where to find our key in the case we made it to Evian overnight. Sadly, we missed an entire day in this fabulous town but the time we did spend there was great. The staff was so sweet and even comp'd our breakfast one morning because they felt badly about our traveling issues (and it wasn't even their fault!). The hotel is adorably old fashioned but not "old." Bathroom nicely updated. CANNOT beat the location for the price. They also recommended a great crepe restaurant which ended up being one of the best meals we've had on our trip. I'd highly recommend this hotel!"
