- "We had a verybenjoyable stay at the Le Soly. Our room was clean, warm and comfortable with s balcony overlooking the river. The staff went out of there way to make our very late check in as easy as can be. They have an excellent ski room with boot driers on the ground floor which is adjacent to their sizable, safe carpark. Buffet breakfast had all you need which was a great start to a days sking. Ski bus stop i 30 yard from the hotel and bars and restaurants and bars are a shot walk away. The Soly is in an idea position."

A double in the main room and 2 singles in a separate area with a door that could close in between. Lots of space. Balcony to each area. We were very happy. This would be ideal for friends or families alike, and the separate door means it could be closed off to kids which is a rare find in a hotel. The space meant i could bring boots and snowboard up everyday and not need to use the ski lockers, which many reviews have cited as bad. It was also possible to control the heat so it didn't get too hot or cold in the night, another issue at many hotels. The only complaint with the room was the shower head didn't stay mounted, which made it difficult to shower and the shower curtain had seen better days. Water temperature was good though. The hotel in general was ok. We didn't eat evening meals there but the breakfast was good. We used the indoor pool once, sadly not very warm. Jacuzzi and steam room were ok. The hotel let us store our luggage for the day while we skied, then return to shower in the pool area, which was good. In general very happy with the hotel and would stay again in similar circumstances."

- "There was nothing i disliked about this hotel, the breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and i had a nice view from the balcony. If you're like me and you just want a reasonable place to keep your stuff, sleep, shower and eat breakfast and are going to be spending the rest of your time either on the slopes or out with friends then i can't recommend this hotel enough. I've stayed here twice now and i wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Also if you don't plan to eat dinner there and you tell them beforehand there's a good chance they'll take it off your bill as they did for me. Fair warning though the automatic door does get locked after 10.30 so make sure you keep the door code they give you handy (or better yet put it in your phone). Otherwise you'll look as big an idiot as i did calling the manager up at 11.30 to ask for it."

We opted for dinner every night available and the 3 courses plus cheese was delicious, fresh, varied and didn't need to be rolled to our rooms but felt full.
