The apartment had everything we needed, there were excellent communications with the owner, Veronique, prior to our arrival and a very handy information booklet left to inform us about the apartment and the area. Restaurants, supermarket and bus stop all a short walk away. The super Morzine lift is around 10 minute walk, but if you’re skiing into Les Gets I’d get the free bus to Nyon, although we drove as there’s ample free parking."

We are on the top floor with stunning views overlooking the beautiful town of Morzine and the surrounding mountain peaks.

The open plan kitchen and living area have double opening doors that lead onto a south-west facing balcony, perfect for afternoon winter apres or summertime eating and relaxing.

The modern kitchen diner is compact and well appointed, benefiting from Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the kitchen utensils you may require during your stay.

The lounge area has a flat Screen TV, Free Wifi, Netflix, Spotif, and a Blue Tooth Marshall Speaker.

Location-

Apartment Le Petit Cheval Blanc two is approximately under a ten minute walk down the road to the closest bars, restaurants & Supermarket and after under another 10 minute walk to the town centre bars and Tourist Office.

The free bus stop A is four minute walk out the back of the apartment , the bus takes ten minutes to Les Prodain 3S high speed lift to Avoriaz and the Portes Du Soilel ski area. If you also take this bus in the other direction for ten minutes you arrive in Morzine centre and access to Morzine/ Les Gets & Super Morzine ski areas. This bus runs about every 10 minutes at peak times.

The Free Bus Route D is located just outside the front of the apartment building, which takes you past the Super Morzine bridge / Ski Lifts and to town centre and Le Pleney ski lifts - to Les Gets. It runs about every 30 minutes

Comfortable 25m² studio apartment, located in the Le Snow residence, close to all amenities (supermarket, bars/restaurants, pharmacy at the foot of the building), opposite the children's village/French ski school and very close to the resort centre. It is perfect for 4 people (ideally a couple with 2 children). The main ski lifts are directly accessible from the bottom of the residence to reach the Avoriaz and Portes du Soleil ski area (one of the largest in Europe).
The studio has a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, a microwave oven with grill function, a fridge, a Nespresso machine and a table with 4 chairs. The living room is equipped with a folding bed-sofa unit offering a real 140 x 195 cm bed, a wardrobe and a 48 cm LED flat TV. The furnishings also include 2 fold-away bunk beds offering excellent comfort. The bathroom, renovated in 2021, has a spacious shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The hallway is equipped with 3 storage units and a heated ski boot rack.
The studio also has access to a balcony with ski storage and mountain views.

Would have been good if the requirement to bring your own linen was clearer as we only spotted it at the last minute as it's in French outside of the main section (the rest of the listing was in English). It was perfect for us as a family of 4. The kitchen was perfectly equipped , had everything we needed, new warm bathroom and a splendid view from the balcony . The drier on the wall is great for those wet jackets and trousers.Would definitely recommend it to friends . We would love to come back one day . We fall in love with Avoriaz !
