- "A" - "It’s a very comfortable place for a family of 4. In the traditional French chalet style. The location was great for us as we don’t mind a 15- 30 minute drive to the various resorts within the Evasion Mont Blanc area. Good sized bed rooms. Reasonably equipped kitchen. Photos are accurate. Lovely couple who are very helpful and responsive to questions, but they only speak French. We’re not the best in French but we managed to get by using a translation app, and some school level French. Would certainly use it again in summer or winter to access that area of the Alps."

- "We were staying as a family of 3 adults and a 1.5 year old kid. Apartment had everything we needed, even including child seat, child bath and bed. Host was very welcoming. Easy check in and check out. The only big disadvantage is the location, ski lifts, shops, bakerys and restaurants are not reachable by feet. We were with a car so it wasn’t really a big deal for us. Also walking around in the area is a bit problematic cause there are no sidewalks on the roads around, you can still walk on 2-3 quiet streets, but there is nothing on them except family houses. Means whenever you want to go out - plan taking the car."

L’appartement de 80m est entièrement neuf, restauré avec goût dans une ancienne ferme de 1860. Très bien équipé pour 6 personnes maximun il est conçu pour vous assurer un séjour agréable et fourni un chauffage au sol de qualité.

L’appartement est situé dans une impasse, avec terrasse, 2 places de parking, et une entrée indépendante. Proche de la vie du village, boulangerie artisanale, dont le jour de fermeture est le lundi, restaurant et bureau de tabac, ainsi que la possibilité de recharger les véhicules électriques à 2 minutes à pied du gite

Vous êtes à un quart d'heure des télécabines de Saint gervais les bains, à11 km de la belle station familiale de Plaine-Joux avec son panorama grandiose sur la chaine du Mont-Blanc, et de son lac vert. D’autres activités vous attendent, via ferrata, la base de loisirs de Passy à 3km ou vous pourrez pratiquer la planche à voile, la pêche, la natation et la farniente sur la plage face au Mont-blanc, mais aussi à 5 km les Thermes de Saint-Gervais, pour la détente ou les cures, le tramway du Mt Blanc qui vous permettra d 'approcher au plus près le glacier de Bionnassay. Le Plateau d’Assy est réputé auprès des parapentistes pour sa zone de décollage ainsi que des cyclistes et randonneurs pour les chemins offrant dénivelé et accès direct à Chamonix.

La première chambre dispose d’un lit queen size, de sa salle d’eau privative avec lave linge et comporte de nombreux rangements à l’image de la deuxième disposant de 3 lits simples dont 2 superposés.
