Ideally located on the edge of the Combe des Juments slope (direct access to the Massif de l 'Aiguille), 50 metres from the Transval cable car (direct access to the Massifs de l 'Etale and Beauregard), 300 metres from U'Fredy (free children's ski slope) and 3 km from the centre of La Clusaz.
A private swimming pool is available in summer.
The space
The apartment consists of:
- a new equipped kitchen (tiled floor) with sink, 4 burner ceramic stove, oven, large refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher, range hood, microwave, items with everything you need for cooking, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue machine, open to the living room,

Located only 30 kilometers from Annecy, La Clusaz is best known for its ski area but did you know that it is full of activities of all kinds in summer?
Vacation with family or lovers of extreme sports, there is something for all tastes.
Hiking, Biking, Horseback riding, Via Ferrata, Paragliding: La Clusaz offers a multitude of choices of sports activities and delight for all ages and desires!
1) Hiking:
Totally free and easy to access, hiking remains a pleasant activity that suits many of us.
From the small one-hour family walk, to the day hike, everyone does what they want! Easily accessible, the trails are well marked, the choices are multiple and varied.
As for skiing, you can indulge in tours on several mountains: Aravis, Beauregard, Confins,… there is something to do!
With levels of difficulty, elevations and different durations, there is plenty to choose from.
Please feel free to ask us, we explored a lot of the trails!
2) The Bike:
Come and indulge in the joys of mountain biking, with families or groups of groups, there is something for all levels!
More than 110 km of marked paths, spread over 18 slopes of various levels, 3 ski lifts open from June 30 to September 2 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
As the apartment is located on the road to the Col des Aravis, you can start your journey from there. Mountain bike rides will delight some, while the road routes by electric bikes will satisfy others, and why would you not test the cross-country scooter?
You will find many bike rental companies (mountain bikes, e-bikes and scooters) in the center of La Clusaz with similar prices in the whole from 29€ the half day of 4 hours.
We personally enjoyed pedaling the Beauregard/Merdassier side and Confins side. We are happy to ask, we will be happy to provide you with more information!
3) Horseback riding:
Located on the way to the borders, the Aravis Passion equestrian center offers different formulas for your children. With a young and dynamic team, you can entrust your child to them on the day or half-day,
The practical aspect: the center is located at the start of the hike of the borders and that of the Balme, the parents will be able to organize their getaways!
4) Via Ferrata:
Halfway between hiking and climbing, the via ferrata is the sport for climbing lovers. There are currently 3 routes from via ferrata to La Clusaz and its surroundings:
- Yves Pollet-Villard in La Clusaz: 4 hours of travel (including the first 30 minutes on hiking: you have to warm up!) Departure most often in the cool on the road to the Col des Aravis. No particular difficulties, just a monkey bridge, notice to people prone to vertigo.
- La Roche d 'Agathe in Thônes, 4 hours' journey, more physical than La Clusaz, it offers superb landscapes! Likewise, check out in the cool, from Thônes this time.
- The Jalouvre tower in Grand Bornand: Less difficult than the previous two, more family-friendly.
The minimum age is 12 years old.
Departure in a group of 4 to 8 people + experienced escort.
No equipment needed except a good pair of shoes, water and a small cereal bar, or a twix it's according to…).
Very good times and great encounters.
5) Paragliding:
Thoughtful thrill seekers! Several formulas: internship, discovery flight, there is also something for everyone.
Departing from Bossonnets. The companions take care of the equipment. You'll take the chairlift to go up to Crêt du Loup. That's where your 20 minute flight will start (for initiations). You can admire the beautiful scenery from above, with stunning views over the Confins and Beauregard. Great.
Of course you can also indulge in: Tennis, canyoning, rafting, quad biking, summer tobogganing, ice rink, golf, scavenger hunt... and what I still know!
The plus: For children, a playground is set up every year at the center of the village ,on the church square, there is trampoline, bouncy castle, car circuit, table tennis tables, notice to parents: this place is partitioned: no cars on the horizon!
And good news: there are a few cafes right across the street where parents can sip what makes them happy during this time, which makes them happy! What more can you ask for?
My apartment of 23 m2, fully renovated is 3 km from the center of LA CLUSAZ, close to the gathering of U'FREDDY SKI lessons.
