What bothered us is not getting any response from the property prior to our arrival, considering that there was nobody to greet us upon our arrival at 3pm. Ackwardly, we received an email greeting us the day after our departure. There must have been a communications break down between the property and the reservation site. Once we resolved the key/entry issue by calling a number at 5:00pm, everything went well (except for no wifi since nobody gave us the code)."

The windows had a metal barrier that we could not move to open to give more circulating air. The trash smell reeked into the apartment. The towels we used in the shower were hard and old. We could not believe it but we found a rotten Avacado in the closet. The beds were not comfortable which made everything that much worse. I have never stayed in a place quite this bad. Fatmir was nice enough but not helpful. We did not know what to do with the keys when we departed at 6:30am. We tried calling Tamir and no answer. So we left them inside. If I could get my night back I would. It’s not about the money it’s about not having accommodations like this to rent to guests."

Luckily we found a hotel that late (it was after 10 pm). We are waiting for a full refund. Something else to note the house rules posted on the wall listed no prostitution or drug use. Seriously?!!!!
