- "the apartment was light and airy, clean overall but we could have done with a couple of extra towels as we only had 2 medium sized ones. it was a 2 bedroom apartment but the owner locked the door of the twin bedded room as there was only the 2 of us and we were married but they thought we would only use the double room, not to much of a problem but we prefer twin beds! overall we thought the apartment very good and only a few minutes walk to the town centre so eating out etc was easy and Crest had plenty of variety in the dining choice. We will return to Crest probably next year as its a lovely relaxing place but not necessary the same apartment as we would like to take our dogs with us and the owner doesn't take animals."

63 m2 apartment on the ground floor of a small building in the center of Crest with a sunny terrace (shaded in summer) of 26 m2 and a small garden. It is quiet, bright, high ceiling, and keeps cool relatively well in summer despite the heat (thick old walls). It overlooks the promenade planted on the edge of Drome (with playground, swimming nooks...), very close to the cinema.

The space
Details about the premises: this is our personal accommodation, a 2-room apartment comprising a large living room open to the kitchenette and terrace; a bedroom (which is no longer a children's playroom since February 2022); a bathroom and a toilet.
Important details about sleeping (which has evolved since early 2022): there is a double bed in the room. We can provide 1 double mattress as an extra mattress on the floor.
Kitchen equipped with induction cooktop and oven, among other things.

THINGS TO KNOW TO AVOID UNNECESSARY DISAPPOINTMENTS:
> We can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
> We ask that you feed our 2 adorable cats - who live in the garden independently.
> We ask you to water the plants in the living room, and in the spring or summer, depending on the weather, the potted plants on the terrace and some shrubs in the garden.

Near the train station and shops, 7 minutes' walk to the Drôme River (for swimming, canoeing): it is ideally located.
Crest is located a few km from the Ramières nature reserve -( where it is possible to observe the beavers), the Vercors natural park, the Saou syncline... You will be amazed by possible walks and hikes.
This area is dynamic, both humanly and culturally.

Artist loft-style accommodation, peaceful, central and very bright (with unobstructed views of the Ardèche mountains and the Trois Becs), where you will immediately feel good.
